I'm again finishing with three questions:

1.) Which OG personalities do I include in the lower right part next to Satoshi and Theymos?

1) Going down to research about OG's in the forum, a thread was created by @Heisenberg_Hunter on the top 5 Bitcointalk accounts ever existed on the forum and how they influenced the forum. I would back up @tweetious on counting out "Hal Finney".

Despite: There are a lot of OG's still active here but putting all up there may not seem possible so it's best to consider those who had started the forum and probably not active anymore.

Should I use it here for something like the big BTC in the center?

1) Forum OG or Bitcoin OG personalities? What about "Hal Finney"? Either standing OR... running  Cheesy (and give him the "H" letter").

2) I would probably say yes. You can use it for all the yellow lines, illustrating a stream of light going from the bottom to the sky

Also, in the "Trusted collectibles members" section, I would suggest adding Minerjones too

I liked your update @1Dq.
In general, the art is very well composed, although in some places there is still a lot of noise. But, I believe that throughout your work you will refine these details.

I would like to highlight two elements that do not seem to be clearly integrated into the composition.
They are: the Forum News panel, which seems to have been placed there in a very forced way. And the panel from a larger "Goods" subforum, which appears not to be part of the same art.

2.) I sometimes use real gold leaves to emphasize certain details in my canvas paintings.
Should I use it here for something like the big BTC in the center?

In answer to this question, I would say that you can use these gold elements, in the Bitcoin logo.

VISUAL UPDATE #4

This is a big one and took a while, because I integrated most ideas into the composition!

There are still many things to work out and anything might still change!
Also keep in mind that the final version will look a lot different also because painting on canvas follows different rules than digital art.

I do like how lively it's becoming.  Grin

Most things follow internal systems of the whole Metaverse:

* Blue is the color of good things, red of bad things.
* Everything is fueled by Satoshi's ultimate positive blue torrent.
* Main BTC tower in the background is blue and connects all other areas.
* Merit is in the form of bluish stars.
* Scammers, trolls and spammers have red eyes.
* Redder areas tend to have darker aspect to them.

As there's a LOT more going on here's a bit of help pointing things out:

Besides that, I wanted to share a couple of thoughts.

Everywhere I could, I opted for less text/more visual depiction of things.
It's hard to do that as most things here is a text based haha, but it's a fun challenge.
Still, there's text signs everywhere, but I'll try to minimize them as much as possible.

The style is still a bit over the place and not edgy enough for my taste, but that might naturally settle as more updates take place.

There's a nice initiative, started by Pumared, to invite people from different countries in Local threads.
This is his thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5504857
So in case you're from one of the "local" countries, please create your own thread inviting members to join here.
In the end, I propose including most active countries' symbols into the artwork!

Before going to the hottest questions to discuss, I've one more thing.
This project, as you might imagine takes a lot of time and effort to handle.
Preparing posts, replying, drawing, painting and exploring have taken 3-6 hours per day in the last month.
I love this project, but it is a bit of a burden right now for me and my family economically.
Also, I want to transit from being a hobby to full-time (or at least half time) Bitcoin artist.
I hope it's understood as a step ahead when I post my address to support me and this project by donating here:

1Dqt8AsKaRdaWNqruPmUkqseqLm9YXZaP

Thank you and don't worry - I'm continuing with or without additional satoshis!

I had another idea.

One way to represent the entire forum and local communities (board) would be for one of the buildings in each window or floor to have the initials of each location.

It could be something along these lines, the phrase "local boards" can be placed in a square or rectangle to make it stand out

I'm looking forward to the next update

I believe that if you are going to add people's names here on the forum, it would be interesting to ask them directly about how they would like to be represented. Or, create a sample drawing and ask them to improve something that represents each one. For example, a robot chosen by each user and in the image they would appear with their username above their head and below their username a medal for more merit, a handshake icon for trust, an eye for more recognition, something along those lines. But, the ideal, in my view, would be to have a robot or humanoid according to their choice.
Edit:
I made this example of more or less what the idea I told you would be like.
IMAGE

It might be hard to get everyone's opinion on how they'd want to be represented, especially those not that active any more.
We're talking mostly OG personas here as others will be generic characters doing stereotypical things.
We could ask those active (like Theymos) for opinion!
I think it would be best to send the message right away, since we have time for them to respond. And whoever responds can just add it to the project. Otherwise, there's not much we can do. But the ideal thing in my view would be a personalized one since these are members who make/made a difference, it's worth trying.

My latest visual update is nearly ready (I expect to post it in the next day or two).
I'll address this question in one of the points

I had another idea.

We could do something like that!
I have space dedicated to "local" boards and we could debate how to mark them (some or all of them).

Certain names keep cropping up and we need to do them justice.
I'm open to any ideas, besides writing the actual nickname, on how to incorporate them so its obvious who is represented![/b]

user id number?

Interesting idea, though not very visual.
Still, as we can't include everything and everyone, some shortcuts must be made and IDs seem cool and feel cryptic.

Your designs are indeed splendid i must commend you for the good works. The robots used to represent the legendary characters are great but i prefer the first art there. Where the robot shows a legendary character with a strong, smart, and knowledgeable character. It's easy to differentiate a newbie and a legendary with the first robot based on hierarchy the robot looks more upgraded like the newest version of its technology.

However, there was a suggestion by Iamgoat to celebrate hardworking OGs who have kept the forum going on both by merit circulating and removing spammers and shitposter. I dont know if the idea was seconded by anyone or you adopted it. Meanwhile, i was think if using a badge, crested on each of the robots because, most of all the names he pointed out are legendries, and you need to differentiate them from the other legendries and show what makes them special and award they have won in the bitcoin forum.

edit - because of repeated sentence.

I absolutely noted above suggestion and hardworking OG's will be celebrated in this artwork.
In fact, I'm just working on a visual update that will already have some of this incorporated and I can't wait to share (in a couple of days)!  Cool

Bots will have some sort of system integrated into them showing their status.
The final version can be discussed of course.

Exactly. I think the lower level members look at the Legendaries, not as someone superior, but as "heroes".
At least that's how "I saw it", before I was one of them.  Cheesy

Interesting play on perspectives here, it's a fun task to imagine how different levels of members perceive each other and how to visualize that.

Hello, in my opinion the work so far is very good. However, there will be many things to be added, there are several tabs, several representations of members, ratings, tabs, spammers, satoshi etc. etc. There are many things, and for me the image view is too closed for something that will need many elements. For me, the ideal would be to have a "top-down" view like the "where's wally?" drawing for example. I think that way we will be able to add more elements and show much more things.
This is an important point to address.
There is only so much space in this artwork and the concept can't extend too far from where we are.
We can still add many elements and modify them, but the overall composition has been verified by now and I believe should remain (close to) what it is.
And in this case it is a old fashioned painting about one the edgiest places on the planet Cool.

However, I'd be more than happy to talk about starting a new project after this one with a very different approach.
A "Where's Wally?" type or something similarly crazy, detail packed, humorous sounds like a lot of fun.
In it we could put a lot of fun details and, if it was digital, it could be upgradable/modified into different versions.

Let me know if there's interest for such a project and maybe we attack it after November's anniversary!

I am very interested in a project like this, and I will be here to help if I can! But if you want to continue with this image format, that would be great too. About Satoshi, I think a being with a blurred face would be cool, as if it were a glitch on his face.

Great, I'll keep this project in mind (and my planner) and will contact you, when the time is right!  Cool
Glitch face Satoshi sounds very cool, but I'm afraid we probably won't see him from the front.
If we do however, I might paint him a bit cryptic!

~snip
All the concepts are magnificent. However, there can be improvement on the personality you would want to refer Satoshi to. Since you already started using robots or cyborgs why not refer Satoshi whose facial expression is not afraid to break rules and his holding a mother box in his hands having a Bitcoin logo on it which signifies his creation of Bitcoin.

A representation as this will tend to paint Satoshi as a frightening figure. Since Satoshi is the brain behind Bitcoin whose face and personality we can't really tell, it's best to put an image that represents him at the background of the art while Bitcoin sits at the centre of his heart. You can blure it such that you can't see him visibly but paint it such that  a portion of him touches on every part of the art.

What could be added to the design may be that somewhere close to the spot where newbies will be represented is  Bitcoin pizza 🍕. Since from your art on newbies, you've already design something that shows how uninformed and scattered some of them are, placing a pizza around them could also tell the story behind the whole Bitcoin pizza day celebration.

Your opinions are good based on the fact that you would prefer Satoshi to be someone with a friendly facial personality but dont forget that we're trying to be futuristic here. The idea of using robotics is meant to show the future of technology. Satoshi made a technology that no one could mimic or do the same thing. Is it not worth frightening? However, I agree with the part about blurring his face as it relates to Satoshi's choice to remain anonymous.

When doing an artwork, it is important to show the key idea and personality. So that one looking at the artwork would understand and feel the artwork after some gaze. The bitcoin pizza day is a celebration day that shows the historical aspect of Bitcoin not futuristic aspect of Bitcoin. Robots dont eat pizza, so why choose pizza?

I will try to do justice both to Satoshi and Pizza day, thank you both for your input!

[...] Which one is your favorite?

There are many visualizations from Newbies, but only 1 suits me, the image below is my choice:

Look how cute it is, small body, round head & hands on the head which conveys complete confusion. Then for the second image sample, i don't like the depiction of the whale, no problem for the moderator, but the big robot with the whale logo is not very good in my opinion. Maybe it would be better if you could make a robot that looks like a whale & has a bitcoin logo.

We have whales in forum, we also have moderators, but do whales represent wisdom or intelligence? not at all, we should have other robot representations for the wise & the smart, look at how:

Bitmover makes Bitcoindata.science [1]
TryNinja makes Ninjastic [2] & Bitcointalk Notification Bot [3]
LoyceV makes Loyce.club [4]

Those above should have their own representation, right? it could be a robot with depictions of owls or other wise or smart entities, who tries to build Bitcointalk better over time.

For the representation of Satoshi i like the model above, it is very synonymous with a wizard, Satoshi is a wizard (we have to admit that) who does his magic in the finance field & how money should work these days.

1 Additional Thing
A few days ago you asked things about Bitcointalk such as how to visualize spammers & merit, are we forgetting "The Trust" here? it is part of the forum. If you also want to apply the idea to a trust system, i have an idea, you can make a depiction of it in the robot's eyes. A red-eyed robot is a robot that has more negative trust than neutral & positive, a yellow/black-eyed robot has more neutral trust, and a green-eyed robot has more positive trust.

Great, thanks for your ideas, wizartoshi seems surprisingly popular!  Grin
I love the green/red eyes for the trust system!
And also thank you for the four links - will check all of them out.

And what about listing some OG names outside the collectibles like, theymos,
Welsh, mprep, philipma1957 and gmaxwell for example.

Also those who are not here and were very well renowned, Lauda, o_e_l_e_o and Zepher ...
I share same thoughts. Since we are celebrating Bitcointalk, I think this is an avenue to celebrate hardworking OGs who have kept forum alive today by mentioning listing their names. Big Thanks to them. I would suggest we also tap from the Bitcointalk Public Information Project and look at some of the most recognized members of this forum from the beginning. Satoshi made a technology that no one could mimic or do the same thing. Is it not worth frightening?
no
one can only fear the unknown. but btc is exactly the opposite, its mechanism is public and open to inspection. you know exactly how it functions.
perhaps visualize the btc block robot with open inspection hatches or clear panels or something to show its inner workings as open source.

Can you please expand more on what you mean by "the block robot", as it sounds very interesting.

I liked all the newbies. They can spread them around the scene.

The role of moderator seems fine to me. But, the legendary character seems a little strange. I don't think these "barries" look that good. He seems more like a bossy fat man who is more of a villain than a respected character. I think the legendary character should seem more like a warrior hero, someone everyone admires.

In the case of the character Satoshi, the 3rd figure seems very interesting and the most appropriate. I would just change the bat... I don't know how, but I think it could be a little different.

In the case of the legendary character I visualized it how it might be perceived from the eyes of some lower status members, not as how they would be in reality.
The idea is debatable of course, as is most other things at this point so thank you for your comment!

Exactly. I think the lower level members look at the Legendaries, not as someone superior, but as "heroes".
At least that's how "I saw it", before I was one of them.  Cheesy
