The first thing a beginner should do in the world of cryptocurancy is to have a very good knowledge of what crypto is and how it operates for you to make a profit, once you have mastered everything you can figure out how to pick coins to invest and how to know which coins are good to have before you start investing to avoid losses due to lack of knowledge.

As a newbie, which is the best to do; To invest(earn) or to Learn(for how long)?
Learn and study again. Until you yourself learn the basics of investing and trading, do not even think of buying anything!

To join a bounty campaign. Bounty campaign may taught you a lot of things about crypto, reading some platform in ICO could gain you a knowledge how blockchain will works towards the Crypto. Soon as possible, earning tokens and make it to the market, could teach you how to Hold and Sell your tokens, soon it may be visible to your onw eyes how volume of some tokens will affect such Tokens. Earning while Learning is fun so chill bro!

I would recommend first to choose in which direction you want to develop, mining, investing in ICO, trading, bounty. If you have your free money, buy some BTC and ETH and just keep them. As long as you gain experience and knowledge, your initial investments will already bring you the first profit. Well, most importantly, if you do not develop in cryptocurrencies and want fast money, the  you will not succeed.

according to my opinion there is a process that is called LIFE LONG LEARNING that mean there is no need of separate learning you can also learn by doing any task so take a step to invest and learn how trading and other things works.

Of course, the best thing is to do both.

Particularly right now, it is really great timing to jump in and invest and also learn.
We are in a pretty huge slump now and prices of coins all over the board are very low.
If you are brand new, than choose either eth or btc to spend 50% of your money in, then two other well established coins for the remaining amount.

Since the market is very bearish now, there isn't much volume or action going on, so you can just buy and hodl.
Take the time now to read up on blockchain technology, market economics, trading and investing principals, etc.
Also, observe the market but don't do anything.
Take notes on what coins do well under what circumstances and what signals value movement.

Do all of this, and you will be 100x more successful than all the other noob investors out there.

I believe even as a newbie, you do not yet have much of the money to invest and even if you have it, try as much as possible to learn first
- how to analyse a project and tell whether it is good or not for investment.
- how to trade, because after getting your tokens, you will have to trade on exchange.
- when to hodl and when to sell
You also need to learn how to earn even without investing.

Learning is a process which do not have an ending, it's unstoppable. People who are might not well informed or knowledgeable about cryptocurrency can eventually learn it. Cryptocurrency is an opportunity to learn, enhance knowledge and skills. Bitcoin is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, attainment in life or race.

It is vital that you gain what you need to learn first before doing any transaction in this industry, particularly investing. If you have knowledge try to expand your knowledge and stretch your understanding regarding this matter. Knowledge and decision making are essential in making investments. After all it is your money that you can let grow and produce profits or let them slip in split second right under your hands.

Invest in cryptocurrency is a good way to get income if the size of your savings is not very significant. Even if the rate falls strongly, you will not lose much, but with its increase, the profit will be very noticeable.

Start learning crypto trading, main figures like Fibonacci, levels, dow, also be interested in bounty campaigns, they are quite profitable in long-term period. Launch crypto wallet like MEW or hard wallet, set an account on top exchanges like bittrex, Binance and others. Draw more information from telegram crypto channels.

Very good advices. Really a lot of to learn and read. Thank you!

As a newbie, which is the best to do; To invest(earn) or to Learn(for how long)?

the mixture of both is important.
without looking at the background, it's all just gambling.
of course happiness is always part of it but at least reading and understanding whitepapers are the minimum requirements  Smiley

As a novice, I think you should learn about electronic money before investing in it. It took me about 4 months to learn about it before starting to learn how to invest. Learning the experiences and strategies that big investors have done is a wise way to help you avoid risks as well as help you quickly make a profit.

As a beginner in this forum I suggest you to learn more about the crypto world first, do not immediately decide to make an investment because it would be very risky for beginners like you, if you have a fast thinking power then you can learn for 3 months to knowing about the crypto world

Ocfourse as a beginner, you need to learn first everything that is connected with investing. If you will invest your money without proper knowledge there is a chance that you may lose your money. Make sure to know some basic to complex knowledge about cryptocurrency before you invest.

I think it all depends on how brain or mind he is. If he is smart, he only takes less than 1 month. I am sure in this forum many smart people's who want to get a profit by not tired. They use their thinking only to earn money and make ends meet. Even they can also become successful investors without capital.
