Yes I work alone for now. I still to talk in PM with a guy for be a responsabile of marketing and promotions
Not very much easy, but I can do it. First step in Alpha version is to implement TOR for hide and anonimize the IP addresses. After it we have to choose if we want to hide the addresses or implement a mixing service. it will really a cool feature

It will be also good to discuss how this POW phase will be. How many coins? How many time?

I think we don't need a new PoW, just focus on the development of the coin. But i'ts just my opinion.
PoW need for find new people (or take back some old) and give a new interesting to the coin. PoS is cool if you have coins, but If you don't have or you buy it or you mine it
That's the point, that right now we a 25BTC market cap. So it's so easy to buy some of them, probably more easy and efficient than mine. How to implement a new POW phase whitout lowering more the price? More supply = lower prices.

Wallet are not change yet. I still to work to a new version, and I hope to release a first new today or tomorrow at late.
Blockexplorer still to re-sync now, I need it for track the premine and ban the addresses.
Also I still to fix some issues and start an alpha-release for the anonimizer feature.
