I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We monitor deposits for possible duplicate deposits. When you make deposits of the same amount and they arrive to our system within a few days of each other, they trigger our duplicate deposits safety protocol. In your case you made two €100 Euro deposits that arrived on the 5th & 6th of August. We are double-checking with Fidor bank to make absolutely sure none of these are in fact duplicate deposits, but it's just a precaution. Once we confirm with Fidor that these are not duplicate deposits, your deposit should be released.
The double-deposit protection is something we have in place temporarily because our bank recently had some issues with their API causing the same amount of funds being deposited to users accounts twice, even though they only deposited once. It's very frustrating but we must put the "double-deposit protection" in place until we feel their API is stable enough. The double-deposit protection will trigger when two or more same value deposits are sent to the same account close to each-other (within a few days). If the first deposit was €100, sending a second sum of 101 or 99 would not trigger the protection.
I'm sorry about this and that your funds were put on hold. I have contacted the accounts department and asked that your held funds are released and I will contact you again once I have a reply.
Best,
xxxx

Also lieber 101 oder 99 statt 2x 100 Euro einzahlen.
