I have 1 s-7 here I point it at f2pool and it is pretty much perfect.

Now I know some say don't mine at Chinese pools I do.

I also mine at solo.ckpool.

Here is a simple suggestion point your miners in China at f2pool

point your miners not in China at kano.is or solo.ckpool

If you don't want to mine the miners in China at Chinese pools sell them off.

My usa pools are small and get 20th a day

My Chinese pools are large and get 7th a day.

Both my S7 down No hashpower send to any pool. It is keep happening like that for last 24 hrs.

On Lee's website monitoring all OK but in real life no power send

Any one have same issue ?

BOTH S7 DOWN for more than 2 hr

Any one any issue on S7 ? I have two S7 but sending hasrate at 5 THS only

Today hashrate is very unstable keep changing pool and some time almost dead ?

Now it is DEAD but monitoring system shows pool alive ?

Dude I'm pretty sure you are going to not like this and should probably get a refund. This is the way he works and we accept it, if you can't you really should get your coin back.

Lee is one of the honest guy but Lee respond to email during Chinese time while most of the customer are from Europe or US.He must think on this line to have support during Europe and US time which will make life easy for his customer.

If you read this thread or the previous one - this is normal for Lee. Communication comes and goes. It is also during his timeframes.

He'll get back to you (PM him - dont post in the thread - he'll get back to that sooner).

Patience is key and mentioned prior - you have to understand thats how it is (and has always been). If this isn't comfortable for you - then this isn't the thread to be in.

And again - do not post in the thread and hope he gets back to you. He might not check in to the thread but only checks PMs on occasion. Use PMs.
