I have learned that you should never sell your tokens deep and that there is no crypto experts that are predicting the crypto prices. You should only trust in yourself, your knowledges and your analysis to reach something on this market.

The main lesson for me is that you do not need to invest all the money in a single project.  Better less, but in a few!

There were several lessons from crypto currency I received, first of all, don't put all of your funds in 1 coin, second is that you might store your funds in a secure way and third one is that scam are around us and everybody can cheat you even if ICO looks promising!

I also learned this year to withdraw some of your profits. During the bull run, I don't take out most of my profits because I have formed some greed inside. Even if it's a good amount of profit already, I still don't take it out. Instead, I want to gain even more - which is not applicable always especially in a bear market like this.

Nothing different than lessons from 2017. Basically, there are 3 main things to watch and you are good:

1) Don't get greedy, sell when you have to
2) Invest the money you are willing to lose
3) For the love of god, cash out your profits!!!

If you follow those 3 steps your losses should be and should have been minimal even when dealing with a year like 2018.

What valuable lesson(s) have you learnt from the crypto space in 2018 and how is it going to shape your involvement in the space going forward? Looking forward to your responses, hoping one or two persons learn a thing or two from them.
actually there are many lessons that we can take in 2018 especially about crypto because, this year we can see various types of news about crypto and its development, and if we learn more from crypto it can indeed increase our insight into crypto and certainly will getting smarter in playing in the crypto world.

Yes, this year has entered a lot of new investors, usually they are losing money. I also lost a lot of money this year. I don't think I should invest in ICO, don't play gambling games, don't buy unknown coins. These are my experiences. This is a cruel lesson.
Facebook Inc., which is secretly developing its own cryptocurrency, has recently begun to significantly expand the blockchain staff. In addition, the American crypto money exchange Coinbase returned the option for customers to withdraw funds in the cryptocurrency through the payment service PayPal. It seems to me that this information should encourage investors.

the problem is to find the new coin that can do a big % of price grow...we must look for coins that are not ico or bounty but people are too stupid for this....I regret I did not get bought coins like litecoin, vertcoin or viacoin when they were very very low in 2015...there is a good dose of luck of course, but you must always do your own researches...for example watch Elicoin in livecoinwatch , is not an ICO or bounty... it's a coin with low mc, low supply, PoW whit cpu, no premine, active dev...only trading it on CREX24 for now...do you own researches in the thread in bitcointalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/anneli-elicoin-cpu-mining-only-exchange-available-3028302... people are too stupid for DYOR and got scammed by ICO or bounty...just my 2 cents...hope it helps...cheers

The main lesson is that it is foolish to expect a constant growth of the market, without bear period. A lot of people invest at the top of prices, and now they are very disappointed.

There must be a lot of crypto lessons in 2018. The valuable lesson I have learned is that crypto will always fluctuate, so the price will always change every year. The crypto condition at the end of last year was very different from the conditions at the end of this year. These fluctuations make me have to be more careful in making decisions, so that I am not wrong in making decisions and can get a profit.

Have your own view, weigh risks, take profit and don't look back. I chose these rules for myself after the passage 2018.

I have learned that you must carefully plan your investment strategy and use your skill and experience to invest widely and wisely.  In a situation where you are wanting on what to do,  you could copytrade . After all is said and done,  you should be aware that you are going to win or lose, it is important to accept this!

The main lesson-do not get carried away, and be able to get out in time of any trend. I worked for a long time on the charts and it brought me a good profit,I thought it was permanent. I was wrong.

2018 year has presented to all investors of cryptocurrency a very good lesson, as a result of which many investors just came out of the cryptocurrency, but many remained in the hope for the best and I think they are right, time will show who did the right thing.

I got so many lessons from crypto this year. I used to be impatient but the high volatility of crypto market especially the bearish trend during this year taught me to be more patient and mentally stronger. Last but not least is to be more calm in any situations.

There are many lessons learned from the time I have used to contribute to crypto. Patience and perseverance will make the person better in dealing with many problems that are in crypto. Making this year a foothold for creating big income in the future. By focusing on holding on to the potential and getting potential coins more easily through their abilities and skills in facing competition in the market.

There are many valuable lessons I learned this year in the world of cryptocurrency. The long bearish market, price fluctuations and the price cycle had taught me some valuable lessons that I will use as a guide in the following years to come. Other lesson that I learned is that cryptocurrencies are really unpredictables so no one can really predic what will happen in the future prices in the market.
