make a day plan and make some space just for that actions 
something like - check crypto every two hours and spend about 10 minutes on that. then forget about it for another two hours 
I am an a long time trader, I am trading on eToro - it is social trading platform so you can here copy some traders without doing anything. So easily you can find there some cryptocurrency trader, copy them, get profit. No time and no skill required.
if you're got daily job. just trade on your free time. and learn how to do technical analysis. get some low value alts first for you to learn

There is a simple law, that if you would allow, cryptocurrency will consume all of your free time, you need to put some strict boundaries for that amount of time that you are going to spend on trading as researching everyday. 
To start trading seriously need to have enough free time for this. Personally, I'm still in the process of training, as soon as I understand that I can earn from it - I'll leave my current job
But you need to learn about trading plans and how to read charts and markets. You don't need to pay attention to the market every time and you can do something else.

I can give you two important tips: 1. be careful and think before investing.
2. never succumb to greed.
Most importantly do not be greedy! This is the main reason for the losses.
It's necessary to look at the market chart daily search for information related to the coins I have on the upcoming events, the daily market capitalization, into the community groups that track the reaction of the community.
Now is not the market situation to constantly look at the chart.The market fell.For most people, cryptocurrency trading is just a way to make money,there are few real traders here.
