please i need advice from those traders have has been in the business for long, how do you combine it with your other normal life activities , i mean cryptocurrency trading , i just started and am glued to my phone every second , advice will be appreciated 
First, being a trader shouldn't be your entire life. You should always establish a good balance between crypto and social life. And also, you should learn how to improve yourself more on your work and how to stay calm against bad terms of crypto.
It's not as easy as it may look in the begining but trading is time consuming and sometimes exhausting, because you have to spend a lot of time to research and learn about the crypto world and most of the times you have a regular job to handle too.
Know your priority and have time management. To be specific if you're a trader and having a stable job you should make time working with crypto when you job was done. Don't work on both side you might end up losing one of those job. Make time for crypto trading at the end of the day. Still you can monitor the flow of market on your phone. Keep calm and stay focus.

Proper time management is the key for us to do all the tasks and duties in life. We should knownour priorities and we should do the first things first. We must value our time and we nust give importance to our priorities. It is no easy to do different tasks a day but if we know how to value everything, things will be easier.
The life of a trader is very difficult, first thing you must have is plenty of in doing trading, have always an update at the price in the market and last is the dedication towards work. If you do it regularly then You can enjoy and love what you are doing.
Tthe profession of the trader is very difficult and not as cool as it seems, you should always moniory the market, you must allocate for the trader's work no less than 6 hours a day in front of the monitor
