I remember having this issue the first time I redeemed a card but I fixed it by changing my country (in my account settings) to the U.S and using a VPN. I tried to do the same thing but still getting that message. Any thoughts?
Okay so I looked it up, some of the solutions were:
- Change your region currency to USD. This seemed to be the most goto option which seemed to solve it.
- Using a secondary device and formatting it and setting the country as US to default although I think you don't need to necessarily format, you can clear your Google play data and try it, it might just work.
