I believe that it is very good to invest in the long term . The market is growing and developing . Long-term investments are designed for high quality projects such as NEO .
I prefer long-term investment over trading, because it's easier and more convenient for me. This does not require special knowledge and training. For me, long-term investments are a great way to earn money.

. I lost many money just because I HOLD a lot of tokens received from bounty campaigns. I remember I had a lot of opportunities to sell OPT token to get few thousand dollars, but after hold this coin in one year, since the same month of last year till today, that amount value is just few hundred dollars

I think long term is the ideal kind of investment out there, it is easy to get into and not at all difficult to maintain, you simply hold the coin for a while and expect for it to grow in value, however I would like to learn more about day trading too see what the experience is all about.

Basically long term investment comes with profits as well as risks depending on the coin you invested. I personally hold my crypto for a long term to earn more money. As a result of this, though it comes with risks, I don't really mind because I know what I will get from it.
