Buying at any dio and selling at the peak thats what i do, if the market treatens my profit of 50 percent from my target I would sell and rebuy at the next dip, hodling long term is not bad but you are missing the profit that you already had.

In my opinion, the long term, the market is down, if the short-term hold will not be profitable, which will give you the inadequacies of worry and so you will make decisions are not wise.

Gradually, from the ratio of 40/60 (short-term/medium-term investments), I moved to the mid-term and long-term (about 20/80), and scalping transactions, despite the positive dynamics, no longer interested at all.

I am always a long-term choice for the moment, but it depends on when the market falls or grows, making long-term or short-term decisions. I always hold long term when the market falls and vice versa

How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?
Altcoins I hold for them, but the bitcoin and you can trade. It all depends on your desire, how much you want to earn. If you are a beginner, you should only dolgosrok, this is my advice to you.

I prefer to invest more often for a short distance because I like to get a quick though small profit and if investing for a long time, then the total investment does not exceed 20% of the portfolio.

I am guided by the principle of the Golden section at the usual time, in other words 80 to 20. 20% off free (!!!) money conditionally live in a risk zone, 80% play on deduction. In rare cases, the balance may shift to sharp attacks, but they are not more than 10-15%.

It is hard to say. It definitely depends on how much money you want to invest and what is the time you need that money, If you want weekly earning you choose short-term, but if you want great amounts that don't depend on payments in a year or two you choose long-term.

Whether you hold long term and in short term depends on your own risk. We need to be smart in trading and investing especially now market is bleeding and no sign of recovering.

For me, long term investments are better. It is predicted that 2018 will be the year of altcoins which is why I think focusing on altcoins is the best choice. You can invest in Ethereum and hold it. If you want short term investments, you can choose new coins from ICO.

Short term trading is profitable the time that market is alive. But now I dont think it is profitable now that price of cryptocurrency slowly moving downward.
So I now prefer long term holding, after market fully recover.

Presentation to invest in long term and short term, in my opinion, is the same. And can I invest long term and 50% for Bitcoin Ethereum. And short-term investments is also 50%. And we can invest in Altcoin.

For me it depends on the situation like now the market price was to low the hold it until my money that I invest was gaining profit. But if the price was ups and down then thats the time I'll do it in short term.

the strategy is chosen by everyone personally, it is very difficult to advise, if you know how to trade, then trade, if you do not know how, then just invest

I think both short term and long term depend on our situation and condition. Short term make active daily profit and long term make profit at the suitable profit that we interested over there. So all of the term can we use for us. It is conditional.

in the current market situation daily trading is a much better choice. while the long term requires some bullrun to make a profit. I think long-term trading will not be effective today,

Dispose of your portfolio to the mind, deliberately, do not do anything in a hurry. In the short term, 30% is involved, in the long term 20%.

Probably short term is better for this year, all hodlers are experiencing 50%+ losses so probably that strategy is not OK.

In my opinion, both long and short term is not a problem as long as we know the strategy and analysis of coin price movements that we invest. With the current conditions that are still not stable, we must monitor market movements frequently,
and think extra to earn profits.

If you don't have time to monitor your investment then a long term is best for you....as short term needs much attention to monitor market movements for any swing to sell and buy your coins. For me I prefer short term as long as you gain profits that's good enough to increase your coins by doing buy low and sell it once the price rise by just 2 to 5%.
