Depending on market situation, you need to choose a long-term or short-term strategy. Now the cryptocurrency market has just started to recover and therefore it is not necessary to hurry to sell coins because prices will increase in the near future.

some coins deserve long term holding while some is good for short term, and i think we should nuy more long term coins, besides, if you are good at speculations, short term will a good choice
I'm switching to a longer term now, I think we'll have an uptrend soon enough so I'm building positions while alts price is still low.

short-term investment or long-term investment in the digital currencies is entirely investors' strategies and choices. My preference is more profitable than short-term to me.
I prefer with short-term investment, because in addition to get the profit in a fast time and also can minimize the amount of losses
in my view daily trading wont work in cryptocurrencies for some coins short-term and some coins long term in coin market cap first 50 coins are for long term and rest coin for short term.

I don't know how to trade on the exchange. So I try to choose coins that can make a profit at the same time in the short and long term. An example of such a coin is Merculet
It is much better if you could do both. I mean you can do day trade and you can also hold your coins or tokens for long term if what you intend is to have a good result and huge gain. Just make sure that what you're holding has great potential and that the project is legit.
this is a difficult question that can only be answered with feelings, many factors that affect the Long term and Short term, If short term takes a short time but the gain obtained increases with different long term which takes a long time but get the profit very high but also can impact a high loss if the market price is not stable

Long term is much better to get profit then Short term , because you don't need more time for trading in daily ,just hold them and sell at high price you want .
Main long term assets are Bitcoin and Ethereum obviously, probably long term strategy is better for others assets too. With regard to short-term investment, this strategy more complicated and risky.
I am trying to hold my coins as much as I can. Because whenever I sell one of my coin it will grow after that and I regret selling them for sure. But day trading is an alternative way to grow your portfolio. I take careful steps not to be regret later.

IF you want to invest in the long term BTC, NEO & ETH are good. IF you want to invest in the short term I suggest you to invest in the RIPPLE, DASH & IOTA.
I already learned my lessons too, now that Im seeing that all my bounty reward and investment last year were pumping , i think i really made a good decision on holding it since before right after ico I sell it and regrets every time I see them increase.

Long term will give you gains if you had bought it few years back, especially bitcoin, but the wise thing to do is to sell on top and buy when its down to add more to your holdings. I'm not an expert and this is what I always keep in mind.
I am a believer of a coin, and base on my experience, I would regret for not selling some when it went up, I should have sold it and buy more when its down, looking at my portfolio turn red is somehow stressful, but now that the market is gaining again, I know what to do,

I like fast money, so I have very few coins for long-term holding. I like daily trading. But sometimes it leads to losses. I still do not have much experience to completely avoid losses.
