It is still challenging to trade cryptos at the moment because there is no real estate trading floor in the world at present supporting crypto payment. So the only way you can buy your own apartment is to exchange to cash then buy the most feasible option. Hope the future cryptos will be accepted for payment with all products.
I read before that you can buy a luxury condominium in dubai with bitcoins, and when I researched again, it seems like they are already sold out. But that just proves how powerful bitcoins has become. Probably in the future we will have more things to be able to buy than luxury condominiums. Probably it would be possible to buy anything we wish with it in the future. We just need it to be more accepted and adopted.

there is such a project, it seems called - propy so here they are in my already made the first deal of buying and selling real estate with the help of crypto currency.
it looks like I'm currently seeing a lot of projects that use real estate programs. and altcoin it can be used to buy an apartment or rent it like a hotel and others. such as atlan, smartrealty, etc. and altcoin is in my opinion very good in potential like investment and recently I see genesis is the latest realestatet company that I think also have a good thing.

I don't think it's possible yet. You can find some by using Bitcoin but even it's only limited. I've never heard of altcoins accepted real estate firm in anywhere.
As far as I remember, there were already several projects devoted to this topic. But none of them has so far been able to implement what was conceived in practice. But I think that soon the purchase of housing for crypto currency will become quite real.

Currently, if you want to buy an apartment with altcoins, then I think it is impossible to do it. You can exchange altcoins to USD then buy real estate is the most feasible because there is no real estate floor in the world to support payment by cryptos. But in the future, it is hoped that the sale of real estate by cryptos will more widely spread across the globe.
It's impossible right now although cryptocurrency is very popular at the moment but I don't think there is anyone will sell an apartment for you with altcoin as payment method cause cryptocurrency is not legalized worldwide yet. Beside there are some countries ban using cryptocurrency so I think it's impossible at the moment but maybe in the future you'll be able to buy everything with your altcoin

If someone offers to sell you property and let you pay using crypto, seriously check their credentials because they are most likely scamming you.
However, security tokens are finally starting to make headway with some directly using real estate as their securities.
The most furthest along out of all of these is probably Deedcoin.
They are still in ICO but they have managed to make business deals with real estate agents in all 50 states.
Not sure how that would help though, since I imagine that each real estate agent would have a limited supply of property available.
Another low profile one that I can think of is Swiss Real Coin.
It's a security token that represents the overall value of their Swiss real estate assets.
So, if you are looking to just buy one for yourself and pay with crypto, I would say you are out of luck.
But, of course, you can still sell it off and use the profit to buy it you know.

certainly, good news, if it's true with altcoin, can buy an apartment or house rental. the function of the crypto is getting a real look. gives life to the more practical and easy. Hopefully future crypto is increasingly successful.
Smile, this would be a very great one when that would come to past. Seeing people buying properties using Altcoins would attract so many novice to cryptosemight too and that would create much awareness in the society. Yet, every innovation starts from someone and somewhere. As a crypto lover, if you have properties for sale. You can always advertise and placing the ads like ETH payment is accepted and the likes . #justmyopinion
Is this possible at nowadays, really good new.But i dont think so people cant buy such a big thing like apartment.Maybe after 5 years later , it can be really common.
I'll also be glad to see an apartment bought using Altcoin like HomeLoans, Smartreality and so on.

I don’t know about any such projects that offers such real estate investment. If you can find one you can look forward to it.

Why not just convert your altcoin into cash and then buy a property? Don't you think that would be much easier rather than looking for a real estate broker or platform that accepts cryptocurrency payments? I don't think you can use cryptocurrency to buy an apartment in any country at the moment ). You should know that cryptocurrency is only legalized in only few countries but in these countries you only can use cryptocurrency to buy limited things like food, fuel or something like that but apartment is not possible IMO.

I dont hear that kind of thing yet. Maybe a few country, you should research.But , In my opinion its very hard to using altcoin buying something big thing like apartment.
Isn't that depends on the alt coin? As long as you can apartments with crypto in a country, you can talk with the sellers. Heard that a lot of real estate sales happens in Dubai with crypto. But people may not take risk with a highly volatile alt coin with low market cap. But always better to try rather than cashing out all in once as there are many realtors who have enough money reserves.
The implementation of using any cryptocurrency coins to buy any property were not totally implemented, because using cryptocurrency to purchase any goods and products is too much risky because the price of cryptocurrencies are rapidly dumping sometimes, so it will make several losses to the people who accepts cryptocurrencies as term of payments, but despite of dumping the price of cryptocurrencies, there were also opposite good that simetimes it will rapidly rise, but the assurance is not basically done positive, that's why until now, there's is no such implementation of accepting any cryptocurrency as term of payments.
