I believe most of these causes has more reason except under age driver, i believe that the most prevailing cause of road accidents is due to the influence of drugs and alcohol. Substance that could affect our eyesight or thinking is really dangerous for drivers especially when they are influenced by it while driving which causes accidents, i hope more governments will impose a more serious sanctions that violates this law. For sure drinking or assuming drugs before driving, then text messaging or watching the phone, doing make up, hving an altered emotional state (e.g. really angry at someone can distract you) while you drive
Careless drivers is one of the main reason why there are so many accident on the road. They drive so fast, they drive even they are drunk or they don't have enough sleep so they sleep while driving. Some drivers drive even without checking their car. If the car have a problem.

That's correct! And in addition, I witness and I already experience that because of animals like dog playing in the road is the main cause of accident. In my country, dogs is now ban to lessen the record of road accidents specifically in all motor cycle riders. My government conducted seminars to all dog lovers to be responsible enough in owning dogs.

Both the traffic enforcers and the drivera are at fault. Some enforcers do not do their job properly. Some just slack off and others turn a blind eye to those who broke the traffic rules necause they know that person. For other drivers, they don’tvobey the traffic lanes, the speed limits and the stop sign.
I think the main cause of accidents especially vehicular accidents is the negligence of road safety, wearing a protective gear such as helmets and knee cup can not actually stop an accident to happen but it can decrease the chance of the accident getting worse that could lead to death.
Here are the causes of road accidents in my opinion.
Unable to recognize danger
-while others are slowing down recognizing dangers (defensive driver) others just want to keep on moving fast (the always in a hurry one).
Lack of driving knowledge or experiece.
-sometimes accidents are cause by ignorance. Anticipation on the road is a must. It can only be learned through experience.
Wrong mindset
-reckless driving when you are in a hurry causes accidents. Following traffic regulations is a MUST.
Population Control
-there's nothing we can do on this one. It's Gods will and we should just accept it but don't make it as an excuse. Be a responsible driver.

Here in our country the main cause of car accident is drunk driving and also using cellphone while driving.the other reason is fast driving.Before we drive do not drink alcohol for safety ,check the condition of your car and maybe check yourself.
In my country also, that is one of the primary reasons. And in addition to that the people in general don't obey or follow the traffic rules and they think that it is "macho" to break the law. On top of all this, the penalties are not very strict and people can easily get off for even major traffic violations and accidents by bribing the policemen.
for me the main cause of accidents in road are people who are always late. they tend to get to their meeting on time so they need to step on that accelerator, but if you go early maybe you dont need to rush and take your time driving safely.
Main cause of road accidents is NEGLIGENCE. And some motorists drive even though they're drunk. Some were texting while driving. Road accidents happen because they're lack of discipline.
Two reasons. One is human error. Second is mecahnical error. The biggest percentage is human error.

Well, I think tge most common reason for road accidents these days is lack of discipline. Most of drivers violate a lot of traffic rules which results to accidents that also affects civillians as their victims. Every drivers should know how to follow rules to avoid road accidents. Know their speed limits and value each other's life.
