I've watched the video, So this is the guy who made a change in how the lottery was played, it is now illegal in many countries, it's a syndicate and illegal, all lottery will lose their reputation if a syndicate can do this, that is why all countries are on a lookup if there are lottery syndicate operating in their country.
For anyone to be successful in cracking the printing algorithm, he needs to be a genius. For most of us even though we tried our best and take advantages of the computing power, we'd still not be able to achieve what he did. Not just because we are not good at maths but also because all of the lotteries after that even has changed themselves to be indecisive till the final moments and as everything is discrete, there's no algorithm to look at.
Once a jackpot reaches a certain amount and you buy every number possibility your expected return will be higher than what you spent but you also have to factor in other people winning at the same time as you.

This man is exceptional. One in a million. In fact, I admire this man a thousand times more than the card readers from MIT, who are also geniuses in their own respect, because he was not a product of any Ivy League school nor in a particular lot in life in which he can indulge himself in arithmetic without having to think of other more important things. This person must be banned from all Lottery games, however this person can make a Casino go bankrupt because of his intelligence. I'm amazed that he has won several times in the game which includes difficult to win. For ordinary people win once will be difficult.

If the numbers are picked using true random integers then this is a statistical impossibility, unless you have bought lots of tickets
Winning 12 times is not because of luck, I don't believe it's just luck, he won because he is smart and maybe have exploited the system.

He is really a genius person and I amazed how he does, and if he never gets imprisoned it surely not just 12 times but more. And sadly he ends up his gambling life shortly..I know he actually enjoyed it and I know he doesn't regret if what he'll do as he proves something that anyone can do things impossible to possible.

That guy is amazing, winning 12 times in lottery is not simple and very unrealistic but that guy proves that everything is possible if you work hard on that. I can't say he's a cheater but he is just a desperate bettor who wants to challenge the system of the lottery, I wish him well and hoping for his own security.

Not sure how he did do that Romanian one but on that UK lottery there was just really nothing to crack, because it was based on removing the change of losing by betting all numbers. Technically if there would have been multiple winnings, they would have lost some of their investments.
Cracking the algorithm was pretty unusual, But surely it can but he is not alone and he would surely need the help of a lot of investors that believe in his method that is why the lottery Syndicate that he initiated has become a successful and winning every Jackpot, 1st place, 2nd place, And even all major minor prices had been taken by his team, Well, I think this is a lot of work to do and you can not pull out any stunt as Mandel did now because of the many changes in the lottery rules, Well this is so true but you can not pull any stunt like this right now that is why the house may still win.

Agree, maybe he had done something with the system that made him win 12 times because a lot of people already tried there luck in lottery what only very few were lucky enough to win and it's not that they also win consecutive times like 12 times for example. For me, lottery is more on luck and it is like the winner in one in one million.
