It's all the bloody hardware errors, they bring it down. And I suspect all the jobs this cgminer bins after 30 seconds

Ow, that discussion again. I already had it (and am still having it) at the Zeus discussion.....
The hardware errors are not bad at all. The 6% you see are compared to accepted shares at sharediff. However, if you compare it to the shares at Diff1, it's nothing, 0.01%.
The Zeus do the same... so no I can't relate the lack of WU to HW errors. And fyi I'm still using the innosilicon image.

What kind of Zeus package do you have? At 44 Mh/s it would consume 1600W, now that is something different!
I ordered a GAW Falcon, I'm so very happy that I was able to cancel my order and get a refund, you can't imagine!
The Falcon is drawing 1050W and in practice it even seems to be 1150W.
When it gets hot during the summertime, I'm afraid they will all burn out.
Or you have to use them in a data center, but GAW hosting is no fun either.
A Thunder package and 9 Blizzards at the moment. yes, it consumes alot of power but everything is at 'the office' so I'm not paying.
They don't get hot though... neither of them does. And in regards to WU I've never seen anything like it.

Can I connect to the miner and see the interface and change things through the wifi dongle?
I think it will not work with an USB WiFi dongle, you have to connect it via UTP.
The IP-address is listed on a white sticker on the case.

True but the orginal software had less hardware errors so i quess its software.
It is possible, you can always put the original software back.
CGMiner is a piece of crap, that is for sure. When you look at the source code it makes you cry.

My 1st blade gives 1.7% errors and the 2nd one 4.7%.
It seems my 2nd blade which has 8 defective cores is a lot worse with respect to hardware errors.

Yes a fan per blade would help but I think you would need to make sure they are both high static pressure fans. The heatsinks are so restrictive you get big pressure drops along the length. I think they would benefit from having the air funnelled around them so non is wasted in the case. I tried a second fan at the back of the case but the added restriction on the flow (even though it was expelling air) caused the modules to run to around 60 degrees very quickly.
If I was recasing the fan I would probably put a high pressure fan directly on each heatsink, then use some extra fans to expel the air from the case.
I've noticed this evening that most hardware errors occur when a high difficulty share is being worked on. This makes sense because the chip is working harder and gets hotter. I'd like the changes to cgminer to be made public so that we can see exactly what they've done. I see a lot of "Job is working over 30s, flushing work". Can't find any references to this on the internet so I think it has been coded in to stop the chips working too hard.
I'm happy with the performance (apart from power consumption) at the moment mine is doing (one blade at 1200 and the other at 1280) 30.42Mh/s with 29.60Mh/s poolside.

What is your WU ? I can't get mine past 26k. I did notice that on my regular pool it tends to dial in at a tad bit too high difficulty (not that much HW errors though).

It was dispatched yesterday and just right now it is in Best already.
@JoostB Thnx. A gold PSU would be better but the one I have should be better than the one that is in there. And yes I think push and pull with the fans would be best as well.

Could someone tell me what the dimensions of the MINI are?

(The MINI probably has to stay in my room where I sleep so it needs to be quite and cool, student housing

The dimensions are 25cm W, 42cm D, 16cm H.
A 700W PSU 80+ gold or platinum would be perfect.
In the default configuration there is a 120mm 130cfm fan for both blades (50db noise).
When you have room enough it would be better to use separate fans for the two blades. Maybe 2x 140mm.
And a large fan on the other side to suck the hot air out will help as well.

Finally bit the bullet and placed and paid my order yesterday Went into processing this morning! Hope it will get shipped soon, looking at there site i am pretty positive about fast shipment 
Anyone here has any experience with there shipment procedure and how long it takes from processing to shipping?

I ordered mine very early in the morning yesterday and it oppositely arrives tomorrow according to the DPD website, so yes looks like fast shipping (I live in the Netherlands, so that is pretty close by)
