*Knock on Wood*

Everything seems to be back to normal at the moment.

Api is up.
Deposits are working.
Withdrawals are instant again.
Socketpot is back up.

Yeez stop bumping every 5 minutes and use edit button. You were down one week, what a great success.

Who HASN'T been down. Every bitcoin casino that I know of has had an instance of prolonged downtime. While I'm not making an excuse for Money Pot, one cannot argue the fact that DogeDigital & the MP team have done everything in their power to update everyone and accommodated transactions requests. Be grateful that the owners actually care about their product and they didn't run off as others have in the past.

Managing an application of that size is hard work, especially when hundreds of millions of records. Everything has to be verified and validated.

Tell me one site which was down for a week? Or tell me one which was down for more than 2 days? None, huh? and leave scams on side

PrimeDice circa 13-2014 was down a while. Even lost all db records. JD was down for a bit in the beginning. Icedice, even though they are gone now, they were down a few times.

Accessing Bitmine.xyz

"Reconnecting ... Error while reconnecting! If this message keeps coming back, try to clear cache then close and reopen your browser."

I've been getting that same message throughout this 2-week long 'maintenance.' Are you sure it is fixed???

We are working on SocketPot next.  This should fix that up.

Edit; SocketPot now up.

^ Can you PM me or post your username please?

Just fwiw, I've been processing any withdrawals users have requested with proof of ownership.

Also, our system is a lot more delicate than any other normal site.  We have to cross reference several things and make sure every bit lines up.  It would be negligent not to take our time and do so to protect investor's funds and the integrity of the system.

I assure you the downtime to fix a few issues that we had will allow for everyone to benefit in the long term over the lost downtime that we've faced, but everyone is free to make their own decisions as to what to do.

yes yes dogedigital! It's all fine. Please don't get me the wrong way.
I was just letting off some steam.

You guys are doing a great job ever since i joined MP a year back.
It is just very frustrating to be on the wrong side when shit goes down I'm sure you understand.

I'll be with you guys in the future no worries.
Just let's get this over with :-) I hope ACoinLLC is right  Cool

Peace

The site should be back up today, fully operational, we're just going through everything to make sure it is working flawlessly this time to avoid any further downtime.

Thank you for your patience.

 UPGRADED SPEEDS !
hahahha  Grin Grin
It's funny 'cause it's not true  Shocked

So I've refrained from posting any comments for days, being patient.
Lost any patience now :-O
NOT even because it's been days of this farce but more so because I keep reading "it's fixed soon", "it's fixed today" and then get disappointed again and again. ARRRRGH  Angry Angry Angry

I also read people saying they got their deposits + grand compensations for this disaster.
I don't want even any compensation but why did you not handle my deposit?
Instead you answered my support ticket saying "all is save and up soon".
THEN the site went down completely ! F*********CK  Lips sealed

Prediction for today:

MP: Oh, nice gonna be fixed today if nothing major goes wrong.
Users: yey!
End of Day: Damn, something major happened. AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN. We had to download the whole universe with 1,345,674,723,336,111,466,978,888 ExaByte of dataz. hmm yum yum datazzzzzzz. taking agezzzzzzz.

Even the most patient of us have to start exploring other options at some point. As an 'investor' I've got to diversify beyond MP, because downtime like this is just killer ..

You are making this seems like the end of the world, every site will has its own dowtime even primedice and this downtime is caused by something unexpected and not to mention that some of their staff needs to attend a personal leave and that made the downtime was longer than what you expected

Almost done completely downloading the blockchain for reindexing wallets.

We had to download over 100gb worth of data, which was delaying our ability to bring it back up, but we are getting close.

Thanks for your update, wating excited to have MP back online ^^
