I hate this leap in logic, but see it all the time from companies that drop the ball. Yes, we understand that you are losing money. No, we don't care and no it doesn't mitigate the fact that you are providing a bad experience to your customers. Who are also out money.

Yes its quite frustrating, especially when we are talking about thousands of dollars, but they have said it is being worked on. I just figured there would be a manual override option to deposit coins to our wallets, but it seems waiting is the way to go.

It has not been added to it yet, few people seems to be excited with it as well. There has been huge price rise in the c-cex when moneypot went down for maintenance however it is yet to be on the site ye, Probably soon. Yup i also hope there is some dev log page so that we can constantly update with the progress. I have to read like 5 pages here and yet i still dont get my answer. Would also like to see an estimate time frame too.

I thought the deposit issue occurred when people deposit during the maintenance but it's out of maintence when i depo and I'm going on many hours and over 20 confirmation. Trying to stay patient but this sucks.

It is better to stop depositing to moneypot wallet until officially someone from moneypot announce that all the issues have been resolved otherwise we need to face this kind of frustrated movements. It looks like they are working on it but I feel they took quite a lot of time to fix these issues. It is not a good user experience and hope to see better maintenance practices in future.
