They've been commenting here. The reason we haven't gotten 'updates' or 'ETAs' is because they just don't know, or they think they know, but they thought they knew before but were wrong, so what is not to say they are wrong again? So likely if they are confident on an ETA they will say so. Otherwise they will just tell us when it is fixed. That is the nature of troubleshooting/fixing software issues like this. Be patient ... find something else to do with your time other than whining here because the grownups in the room don't need to hear it.

Ok, now I'm getting a bit disappointed in the community.

I know they have been commenting here, but not much, and without any good story of what is going on.

When they do a maintenance where they go to a different server, they should have thought about a way to go back in case shit hits the fan.

The last part of your post cuts no ice. A lot of people have money stuck in MP, and I guess it's no problem if they have to wait a day or two. But if you have a website with a lot of users that trust you with their money, a little bit more transparency isn't too much to ask.

+2

Wouldn't keeping customers informed and feeling more in the loop just be a simple part of the whole process tho? Other than that still confident time will show an update

I've updated the community with everything I know at this point. I want the issue fixed as much as anyone else.

Can anyone explain what is the advantage of using this wallet to the other gaming wallet. Im too curious with this because they say that it has a high speed in sending funds

As of now, they are facing some issues in depositing to a wallet. Please read the comments above and wait for all those things sorting out first before you make any deposit. They got few apps in their store. If you want to gamble on those apps then depositing and withdrawing from those store to moneypot wallet is easy and fast compared to normal process. But you can't gamble on all the online gambling sites except what moneypot is allowing.

I wouldn't be as mad if they kept us up to date instead of in the dark. A post saying still working on it, but progress is being made takes less than a minute and makes people feel better. Silence does nothing but agitate people

Actually they have made the posts already, if you check out moneypot then you can see on top of the site that they are working to resolve it ASAP. For the record, posting here telling people that they are working on it actually isnt really needed when there is already those notes on moneypot, nothing more to do but wait a little longer

It seems like they shouldnt have took off that maintenance Sign, atleast that would have avoided the frustrating deposit's/withdrawals

I hope that the issue will be resolved quick because it seems that shit hit the fan.
But im pretty Sure the moneypot team is working hard to resolve these issues that hurt everyone.

Yes, we will give an update to everyone.

Furthermore, if everyone experiencing an issue regarding a deposit or withdrawal could message me with their MoneyPot username we would like to reward you for your patience.

Thanks again Smiley
Yes please.

How would you like to do that? In this thread, or pm you here, or use a ticket on MP? Or e-mail?

PM me here with your MoneyPot username and I will check on admin to verify and then credit your account.

Again apologies for the slow reply to support messages during this hectic period: Two of our team members (myself included) have been unusually busy this week due to family reasons.

Has it happened before with Moneypot???

Things will be set straight when their developers have solved the issue, I know it's difficult to remain patient when you have money stuck in limbo but they will resolve it I am confident. (I too have BTC stuck as well) So we just have to wait for the problems with deposits to be resolved, in the meantime if you read this don't deposit until this is resolved as it will probably add to the time needed to correct things.

Silence does nothing but agitate people and we start to lose faith in them. You're telling me after this you'll still deposit huge amounts of btc on moneypot? I sure won't, because if they aren't communicating with us about this then what else would they keep silent on? Nah. I'm getting my coins out as soon as this is fixed.

Chill out? I'm just asking very politely what is going on. Because it's not normal it takes 5 days already, and the information is really vague.

Guys, you gotta chill out...MP running off with our coins would be incredibly stupid of them given that some members of this community certainly know their true identities.

And again a day past by. Guys, only thing most of us ask, is a bit of information. Like 4 times a day, a short update on what is going on. Remember, all day around people visit the website, also in other time zones. We have no idea when people are working on the issues, and when you guys rest. Which of course is ok, but just give us some information. Please...

Can any of the admins or moneypot staff provide an ETA as to when this problem will be fixed?

Thanks

Yes an eta would be great I don't want to go another 24 hours though without getting my deposit.

I agree. If they can't fix this today then something needs to be done to return our coins.

We want it fixed more than you players do. Time is literally money. It's a good thing to keep in mind when thinking about this ordeal. We want it up ASAP.

I hate this leap in logic, but see it all the time from companies that drop the ball.  Yes, we understand that you are losing money.  No, we don't care and no it doesn't mitigate the fact that you are providing a bad experience to your customers.  Who are also out money.

There is nothing that we can do except to wait alittle bit longer. As they have said, they are fixing this issue so lets leave it to their hands. I got my money on the line as well, cant really afford to take it out as it might be gone the moment I withdraw it so yeah xomplaining here wont help at all
