The cryptocurrency industry has changed a lot. But I think that now there are still so many reliable and promising projects. We need to be more picky when choosing a project.
You just have to keep doing what you can and learn from the previous ones who seems to be scam and keep on doing enough bounty like I said because you never know which one of them will be the one you have been dreaming of in doing bounty.
Yes, now it is very difficult to find a quality project. But I hope that the cryptocurrency industry will improve in 2019.
Unfortunately now present alot scam project! in 2018 i was participated in one "good" project-scam. its was so sad. 3 months of work and nothing rewards. so need be more careful now, search project with attention and find more information about team. Hope soon will arrive some law which can regular cryptocurrency and maybe in this way will be less scam project.
I think any sane dev team with a decent idea knows that if they have their ICO in a market like this, they will hardly reach their cap, and even if they do they'll have to face an angry community when it hits the exchanges with less than ICO prices. So it's better for them to wait for the market sentiment to change before they make their move.

yeah its happened, but some ICO like morpheus lab ( MITX) and docademic (MTC) its success and paid bounty hunter,,, be patient and do more research
