Well there are so many scammed project in the system but delayed payment of bounty rewards does not necessarily mean a scam project. May be the delay is for the own good of the investor and bounty hunter at large.
I am fed up with the scam project news, regulations must be enforced and strict penalties must be given, arrest the culprit and must be tried for damaging the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem
Since I enter this world scam project is the big problem, and I think we can eliminate all scammers in the crypto world that is why the only things that we need to do is be careful on choosing where to invest our money and our time and learn many good strategy to avoid wasting time project.
I see a lot of projects that only include members who do not have a large capacity to handle a project, and some of them are just a collection of people who are committing fraud, letting their tokens enter the market and leaving it, its very sucks
I really hate fake projects that only concern themselves and endanger crypto in the future, lots of cases that have happened and look ridiculous, they easily deceive everyone
Yes I agree with you most of the investors are complaining about those scammers in this year of 2018. And I think more and more scammers are gonna be hard to find out if we participated in thier projects. That's why we need to be more careful and find some more information about the projects we gonna joined to invest our money.
Last year I was able to rely on participation in bounty activities to get monthly income, but this year it was different. As the scam increased, my income dropped rapidly, and in many cases my income was less than $50.
the project is quite a concern at this time. many scams going on and obviously, this makes another project impressed pretty bad. If the longer it is not set it will be more and more aggravate existing conditions because many are juxtaposed not too ignore analyses and make this project the longer getting worse in the results.

In 2019 there will be some interesting, as the STO will replace the ICO to make the money of investors safer. We spent 55 weeks downtrend and it will soon end and I expect a strong market recovery in 2019

fraudsters do not see under any circumstances should continue to be careful so that you are not trapped. fraudsters are annoying but they will always be there in their own way. Hopefully the scam project will soon disappear so that Crypto is cleaner than a scam

You are right ,too many scam projects ,be careful bounty hunters ,only go for good projects because even now is not the best time to join any ICOs because of market condition, just do better research on the certain project before joining
All the projects this year have turned out to collect too little funds, for this reason, perhaps we do not see any explosive growth in the value of their tokens after they go to the stock exchange. But now when the trend has started to change in the market, everything must change.
We saw less scam ICOs or failed ICOs one year ago but I guess, These failed and scam ICOs increasing more and more that depend on the current cryptocurrency, nowadays. We can invest directly cryptocurrency instead of ICOs this is better.

I have an experience, but even for me sometimes it is difficult to find good bounty program, because more and more bounty programms appears and ICOs can seem good,but they change their mind immediately and as a result they exit scam. To my regret it is common practice
