In my opinion, 2018 broke all records for fraudulent projects. And when a project pays a bounty to bounty hunters, this is considered not the norm, but luck!

Even if there are many fake users(project registered users) in the forum, many of the information we see may be it was just what the project wants us to see, not the real information. So we need collect and analysis a lot of info and decided by our brain

this is indeed very boring. many people feel that they are at a great disadvantage with the market going down plus the number of scam projects. bounty participants became many who did not get payment
