If you will see big spread, then its better to sell all coins and buy them again, deep, after. Otherwise, with small spread or if you are not sure about price movement direction, its better to hold.

I think the best thing to do for now is to hold the coin or token til the market recover because the market price is very low now and if you decide to sell, it maybe at loss. I am sure when the market recover, you will be able to sell at high price and make reasonable profit.

In this downfall there is only one option and it’s to buy new coins. Definetly don’t sell your current coins , they are all so cheap now. In this very short time some of them increased and some people made profit from buying from dip. If you make buys right now it’s guaranteed to make nice profit in two or three weeks.

Yeah the best is to forget is a right agree but still not forget to keep in the record and set a reminder for the future ,so not a really forget it or tell the family to open the wallet crypto the best step is that yeah ,See some wallet in bitcoin many people completely forget and cannot open it because forgetting investment

for sure to hold it, if you really want to make profit from your coin it is a very better way to do. dont be panic, this just the risk if you invest on cryptocurrency, but most people would take their loss rather than hold it for long term investment, they panic looking at the price day after day. cryptocurrency are not the way to get rich quickly, we are here learning what make the price going down continously and how it happened.

I think if you look at the market down then do not sell the coins you have, unless you have other strategies and you are sure it will work. Hold, because not too long the market will stabilize again.

What to do depends largely on the type of coin you hodling but in most cases, it is not advisable to sell when the price is low. However, when you realise the downhill early enough and you want to escape the tension to see our coin go down, you can sell.

keep trying as hard as you can to stop selling your tokens when prices fall and do not decide to make a sale for panic reasons. because it will hurt your investment. if you are patient to hold your coins for a while I am sure you will benefit from your investment
