I think the step that must be done is to hold the coin.
If you sell you will definitely lose.
Should hold the coin is the right thing.

Whatever you are holding right now especially if it's from the top, i believe ripple last year really make a good run but for now it's on bottom. I think it will be regaining it's momentum again as long as this regulation comes to it's final stage. You don't have to panic you can always think positive and stay on hodl. Because for sure all alts this year will going to another ATH. What i mean is the bullrun stage which will be celebrated by all crypto enthusiast all over the world.

There's a lot of panic holder right now in the whole cryptoworld because they did not know how crypto really works. If they see the price decrease they sell their coins because they did not want to lose large money but if they wait they will earn more money that's you must do right now hold it.

If you dont want to lose your investment maybe you'd better to hodl your tokens. But it all depends also in your coins. because if your coins you are holding is getting to delisted in exchange maybe you should sell it. after it will be no value at all. Just be careful in buying coins make sure that the coin you buy has a chance that will never be get delisted in the future. or maybe do a research first before holding a coin.

You already lose some so basically just hold and wait until the market recovers. I also suggest to buy some more if you still have spare funds because this would be a long hold and for sure you will not regret it and this is faith and also based from the past. Once the current news about FUD and other news about countries interfering crypto subsides everything will go back to normal.

In my opinion, selling now would not be a logical movement. The prices are still showing rising, and I think you should wait for better prices to make selling.

If you saw that the market is falling and your coins are falling in price, what was prevent you from selling them, and then buy them cheaper and more? Naturally, now you just need to wait until the market goes up and your coins prices also.

The best you can do is hold it for this time because the market is so volatile. This time is not for selling it's for buying time because some of coins now are down price that you can afford so buy now instead of selling it.

I don't see the point in selling when the coins are on the downhill or even dropped. I believe that in this case the best position in this situation is to keep the coins till the time of growth.

i have many many tokens on holding
and
some token i've bought on high price.
i also think what the best move on this situation
cut lose and try a new
but , there have many many things to do
a new research,and many more
so i just hodl it
because its not only my token going down.
all of cryptos also got it.
