yes, you are right now, there are a lot of mining companies who suffer a lot of losses because the fall in cryptocurrency prices at the exchange makes the miners prefer to sell their assets and stop mining again because it's not too profitable anymore.
Miners don't decide the situation in the market, they just have the option to choose between mining with loss or not mining at all. I remember people saying things like "BTC cannot fall below 6000usd 'cause of miners" and numerous arguments like this, but as you can see it's not true.
We probably will see marketcap dumping lower because people are cashing out in hopes to still save something, the losses are too big to handle.
If you really believe that the market doesn't fall anymore, go ahead and buy. If you still believe that we fall further, then wait a bit more.

Yes, it is a good idea to buy coins again or re invest into Bitcoin. the proce value is more affordable now, it is good for long term investment into crypto market. it is very much like to more profitableb investment. even with thedecline on its price value Bitcoin remains in the market. still the large numbers of investors, good fundamentals and market structure which indicate that Bitcoin will survive with Bearish market. i am looking forward for a more stable and active market soon. holding on and remains my investment for Bitcoin.

There are many opinions that the bottom is close. But this is unreasonable. So it has been said many times this year... After hitting below $7k, i think it is already the best time to buy because it is below half of the ATH price from last year so it means that if btc hits a new ATH then you doubled your investments. Btc and altcoins will definitely hit another ATH soon so buy now while price is still very low.

The market is unpredictable, you know. So, I guess the price will fall below the mining minimum for a month or two, and companies will go bankrupts! This is not the best time to buy coins now!

This is a good times to buy new coins at lowest prices. I think will never come like this bad market with lowest prices with major currencies. Now buy and strongly hold coins until 2020.
