Before start of this series most predictions were against Indian teams as England is currently second best team in Women's cricket and have very good record against India but due to some changes which done by English selectors and with few players were also not available due to personal reasons they go ahead with few new players but this not works for them, and they have historical defeat against visitors where India bowled out them in all fields first batting then fielding and bowling it's surely one of the best performance from them in recent times and this is going to be good exposure for women's cricket in India because now many peoples will talk and try to watch these matches which is surely going to have positive impact and better development for the game.
As per ICC ranking, India is the 4th best and England is the 3rd best ODI team. Obviously, the English side was considered better than the Indian side but everything came to an end after this series win. This whitewash win by the Indian girls in England has already become viral in India and now it is a matter of time before we will see a lot of crowds whenever Indian girls will be playing in India.
India women's team at the fourth position has managed to make a big change in their game. Like men, they want the ICC rankings to move their position higher. Indian fans believe that if they can keep the current performance consistently, they will be able to reach that position. At the last match they were able to whitewash England where they were quite cheered.

This is a positive development for women cricket. That means more countries are taking women cricket seriously now. Previously only England, Australia and Newzealand have proper women teams. Countries like SA and Pakistan who have strong men team don't focus much on women cricket.

The Indian women's team performed brilliantly. I didn't think they could win that match. Beating England Women by 16 runs against a target of just 169 runs would be an example of a very good performance. India's women's team is now all in all. BCCI must be happy with their performance so far. From next year, the WIPL will be in full swing where the women are going to get a great domestic league just like the men.
Good to see Indian women beating England at there home and that too doing whitewash. It's clearly an indication that Indian women cricket is improving doing by day. In women cricket only Newzealand, Aus and England have proper teams but this performance clearly tells that India cricket is improving.

Deepti Sharma's runout of Charlie Dean certainly did not please England players and fans. As a result of the new law, it's just a run out. As it falls under the law of the ICC, it's nothing to be ashamed of. It is fair to win a match if it is under law. In the home game, England was whitewashed, so it was a big accomplishment for Indian women.

AFAIK this rule is in place for quite a while but bowlers usually don't use this method of run out. I saw that crucial run out and IMO batsmen was way out of his crease and deserves to be out. As far as it's allowed by ICC there is nothing to be ashamed of.

Anyway, the Indian team performed exceptionally well in England. After giving a good fight in the T20 series, they managed to whitewash England 3-0 in the ODI series. England opted to go with a younger squad this time, and it didn't worked well for them.

The ending of the match was tormenting for the English side. They never expected the match to end this way. Charlotte Dean was recorded crying when she got out. I do not support what Deepti Sharma did but it is the new law and the out was therefore justified by the third umpire. I also feel that a couple of balls by Deepti would have eventually got the last batter.

Running out non-striker when game on the line? Hell yeah!! Meltdown from the SKY commentators was amazing.
If it was the other gender there would have been a riot with the way India took the last wicket. I placed a bet for England for win the match considering it was a small total to chase and a win here for India means England would be whitewashed for the first time and yet they failed to win the match and i messed up my bet  Grin.

It was a great game while it lasted and i thought England could win the match even with the last wicket standing  Grin.
Riot or no riot, I absolutely loved it. Non-strikers should always stay in the crease, no matter what.

Sorry for your loss, upset on such a low chase is always hard to digest. Overall both teams showed enough character in the last match and believe it or not the last wicket run-out gave more exposure to Women's cricket, maybe because England and India were involved. Women's cricket could use some publicity.
I agree with in this case mostly batsmen are responsible for this, and they need to stay in crease because it's necessity of the time so what Deepti done is nothing wrong, and they completed their whitewash which is also amazing even many on social media crying it's foul play, but it's not important because now in record books India whitewashed England.

And again agreed about this hopefully this incident will give more publicity and talk around sports and cricket community which is positive for them game and this format specially with women's because this all is going good for them in the future.

Most of the time playing bets in these conditions never works because small targets create mess up and having chance of losing best is also high which already happen in men's cricket many times so now mostly I never go with this risk.

India women's team played superbly. I didn't think India's women's team would be able to bounce back in such a grand manner after the T20 series defeat. We have seen Indian dominance in all three matches. I didn't think the Indian players would be able to give a huge target of 334 in the second match. And despite being given a target of just 170 runs in the last match, the Indian team managed to win thanks to a brilliant performance by the bowlers. Beating a strong team like England by 3-0 is very honorable for the Indian players.

Basically I don't keep that much news about women's cricket. I understand that the Indian women's cricket team plays much better than other countries' teams. We can see proof of that against England. Women's cricket is progressing day by day which will bring glory to every country.

As a result of the new cricket rule, Deepti's actions are correct and completely fair. I'm extremely impressed with Deepti Sharma's cunning presence of mind. It has run out. There is no doubt that Charlotte Dean began to move further away from the crease. In the end, this is a great win for Indian women. A big congratulations!

Last week I watched a movie on Indian Women team captain shabash Mithu - the struggle was real and they struggled for themselves and they struggled for their country if it the case then the team has came very far. Good luck to all the woman players who are making difference in the real and the profesional lives.

That movie was a flop, because the lead actress was a very vocal far-left activist. But another movie on Jhulan Goswami will be soon released in Netflix, and it is titled "Chakda ‘Xpress". Anushka Sharma will be starring in this movie (wife of Virat Kohli). When the women players needed the support, Bollywood was mum. And now when they have achieved some success, these guys are rushing to take the credit for it.

India VS England (women)
The last match of this ODI series has already started. England won the toss and choose to bowl first. India has already lost 2 wickets for just 15 runs. Mandana is still batting at the moment and I hope she scores more than 50 runs. England would be desperate to win this match as they have already lost the series.
I think India Women runs well but their wickets are not good. If they can't hold the wicket now then India Women will be under a lot of pressure. I think India Women will not play very well in this match.  I can imagine that England Women will win this match.  But nothing can be said until the match is over. So we have to wait till the end.

I never expected the Indian side to win after their batting collapsed. 169 was an easy target to chase in an ODI but the Indian bowlers did a commendable job yesterday. On the field there were some brilliant catches by Deol and Goswami. This was Goswami's last ODI as she has retired from the format. The legendary bowler did took a couple of wickets before retiring. Thakur as usual was at her best. Great performance by the girls and a complete whitewash.

Finally India Women have made a big win. Winning the series 3-0 against England now makes India to be among the top competing teams. The big credit for winning the match goes to Sharma, without her India scores could've got stopped before 120 runs. Hope India wil have good confidence through this match.

There is no consistent performance from the India Women team. After a big win in the previous match, now scoring 169 runs doesn't look to be a fair game from the Indian Women cricketers. This is why India team wasn't able to win against the teams like Australia, New Zealand.
I do agree with you. Indian girls sometimes do show they are lazy in a match but, it doesn't mean anything now. As they have already won the series. If they do lose this match it would mean nothing.

As a teenager I only played once with the opponent team and if we as a team had won then it was the end of story. But, now when the series are best of three. It is good when they won the series rather going for a whitewash.
It's 1st ODI series win in England after 2 decades so I feel fans should cut some slack to Indian girls this time, it was an ugly batting collapse but still, everyone should go easy on em.

I am more concerned about 1 individual Shafali Verma, she's a very special talent but seems to be struggling nowadays. Young kid, so I hope the coach will take care of her.

Aha look at that.. ENGW 67/7
