Has anyone had an issue with the miner not working? I wanted to switch out the fan with the one on Future Bit website, but it does not fit. My power cord stopped working and I think it might have burnt up the plug on the machine. I switched out the PCIE plug but it still does not work. Does Future Bit offer a way to send back to them to get it fixed?
Any suggestions please.
This Thread is Dead, Support here is dead, FutureBit dosent care about the problems we have, I have two miners with issues , and no one cares

Me too. We were supposed to get firmware update like a year or so ago...clearly thats not happening now. One of my PCIe ports is blackened and melted and his only response was for me to pay someone to fix it.

What are u going to do fix it??

I would like to remote access my 2x Apollo’s. What ports do I need to forward?

Thanks

Can anyone help with this.  Huh

I have forwarded port 80 but get stuck on the setup page, even though the Apollo is working (for months)

Have updated to the latest image and fowarded Ports 80 and 5000 to the Apollo but still no joy logging in remotely (iPhone). It asks for Password but then never loads.

Can anyone help?

I am still not able to login remotely - any advice?

Has anyone else had trouble with remote access to their Apollos?

I am trying to install a UPS monitoring software from CyberPower, they have linux versions but I am geetting an error about architecture. Could somneone please guide me on how to install it ? Here is the link to the software download page. Thank you in advance.

I don't see anything related to architecture other than 32-bit and 64-bit. As they don't specify, the packages are most likely compiled for x86 architectures. The Apollo CPU is ARM based. The error messages would tell you specifically.

It doesn't appear to be open source. You could contact support, and see if they would supply an ARM version.

Another option would be to run the monitor on a different platform, and remotely shut down attached ARM based systems from there.

Thank you for the reply. I am a new to Linux and don't know my way around, I do have the monitoring software running on a windows 11 pc connected to the same ups as the Apollo so if there is a way to send a shutdown comand to the Apollo in case of a power page  it would be perfect but I would need a lot of guidance. Thank you  🙏🙏
