My Miners are still fine but I get the gateway errors on website. Is this just a outward facing issue? or do I need to repoint my miners?

Seem to be getting lots of '504 Gateway errors' and my miners dropped at 2AM UTC (and then crashed BFGMiner

Does the pool pay tx fees or not?
As of right now, no... we're currently holding them, pending clarification of an old contract with our original hosting provider. Hopefully we'll get something figured out for them soon.

Your *estimated* balance will fluctuate. This is normal.
Please consult the CPPSRB reward system FAQ for details on how Eligius miners are rewarded for their work.

the payment for 0272 only appeared in my bitstamp address almost a day after it was sent out
the previous payment of 0.74 appeared much quicker after it was "posted" on the table on the right of the stats page
This makes it sound like bitstamp does support mined payments. A mined payment takes 120 confirms in the standard bitcoin wallet whereas a sent payment only takes 6, so a mined payout would take much longer to show up (and you may just be lucky it showed up at all). the payment for 0272 only appeared in my bitstamp address almost a day after it was sent out
the previous payment of 0.74 appeared much quicker after it was "posted" on the table on the right of the stats page

Try re-syncing your blockchain. I've had some payments not show but I know they'd been confirmed. On e I got MultiBit to replay the blockchain, they appeared.

Payouts are direct from coinbase (generation/mined/mint). If you're using some online wallet and not a normal bitcoin client, there are known issues with this due to some of their sloppy implementations.
I doubt there is a pool side issue. I can check if you post your mining bitcoin address.
