LoyceV, can you please tell me if you can add the time of user bans to your website? After the problems with BIP many people have lost this opportunity. In my opinion, this is very important information.

You mean like this (currently not updating because of the mystery of my disappearing webhost), but only for the boards you selected so you don't see mainly BOUNTY spam threads?
That would be a good addition if I ever start using a database, so you can just select boards and get instant updates. But since I know nothing about databases, that won't be any time soon.

I didn't list all my topics here, only the ones directly related to Bitcointalk data.

I can't find the thread you started where people explain why they have added so-and-so onto their trust list.  It doesn't appear to be on this list of yours (or your LN thread for example) - can you help?

I need a bigger hosting plan, but I can't get that as my current hosting plan is hooked to loyce.club. So....... I've requested to end my current hosting plan. I made a backup, once it's gone I'll move all data over to a bigger plan and hopefully all will be fine again.

I've been postponing this for a while, but I need a more permanent setup. I don't trust my current "VPS-experiment" enough to move everything over there (and I'm not confident I can properly manage a server if something would break), so I'll keep those 2 separate for probably quite a while.

Currently, I still generate my main data on my local PC. My plan is to (eventually) migrate all data production to a VPS, and upload it from there to my webhost. This should give me some redundancy, although it would save me time to have everything on one server. But that's maybe for next year. For now: my first priority is to get everything working again.

I just received an email telling me they'll terminate my hosting within 24 hours. Unfortunately it's not instantly so I can't get it back up yet.

Update: My 10 GB shared hosting is replaced by 100 GB. That should be enough to store full Trust data and unedited posts for the coming years. It's still the same webhost with the occasional downtime though.
I'm currently uploading just under 10 GB of data, 950,000 files to go. I expect this to take the rest of the day.
I still have a lot to do to get my VPS working properly, but that's less of a priority now.

Gotta get up even earlier and work even harder to attempt to beat LoyceV in the bump-merit-avoidance game.... If I only knew how to program,** I might be able to put together a team of bots to assist with this perplexing set of circumstances.    


**  By the way, on a personal (and less entertaining) note, I am very little inclined to actually attempt to learn how to program, at this stage in my life, so I would need some kind of more compelling circumstances to motivate me to attempt to learn programming.

Anyhow, I am wondering why you bump a day or two early?  Don't you update a lot of your data threads during the weekend, like Saturday and Sunday, after you have a chance to process the weekly data dump, which are on Fridays (today-ish), right?

It took a lot of personal restraint to not merit that post...

You should try reverse psychology, and start begging for your bumps to be merited. 

When you try to tell stubborn peeps what to do, we frequently do the opposite (unless we think that you are employing reverse psychology, then we will do what you say).  It seems to be a no win situation.
