I still am seeing 0 ETN since I was able to access my electroneum.com wallet. Is this a known issue? I contacted support two days after the relaunch and I still have not heard anything back. Telegram isn't much help. Is there any other way to communicate with them?

have seen similar posts about my.electroneum.com wallet. Does it work correctly for anyone?

Is someone operating a public RPC node to sync wallets / make RPC calls?
I already tried out the known Pools (see post #1) on port 26968 - without success.

I think there is an unofficial one from a pool (was mentioned in this thread somewhere) ...

I guess its too hard to open a port on some official servers . And since they have trouble with load balancing, it might not even a good idea  Roll Eyes

The only problem with the ETN support that I do have, is that once you get in contact with them they don't really help at all. I understand that before they can get to your chat, mail will take a few days sometimes. So far, no problem. But I've encountered 3 times where I'd get into an active chat with a support member, and they ask for details and you give it to them etc and they just stop responding completely. I see several posts on FB claiming the same now which does affect their credibility. I have a chat with the support team with no answer for over 8 days. I've sent a message every other day asking if they have any more info on my issue yet and the message shows as read but they just don't answer. (I eventually "fixed" my own issue, so I don't need an answer anymore necessarily, but it would be nice if they just replied to you)

Do you have working referrals in the mobile app? Mine still can't connect to the server for more than 1 week... I had like 150 of them.

Same issue here, started sometime just before Christmas. It was working fine before. The server issues and problems with their app will be high on their to-do list I imagine, hopefully, we will have some more news in the coming days.
I've already report that problem few days ago... but Contraband seems only like to delete my posts not to respond to them Cheesy #NoHardFeelings

Does anyone know what is the plan, mobile mining, other exchanges, partners etc...  Huh Huh Huh

They already released information on new partners and also mentioned huge upcoming potential partners. The mobile mining aspect of the app has been delayed until some time in the new year...to appease said partners and their data requirements. It will be Beta tested first.

They said they will apply for the big exchanges and they most likely already did that, it is just a waiting game now. Hopefully, the Electroneum team will be updating us soon, they likely had a Christmas break. All we can do is wait until they have something good to tell us. I hate waiting for things to happen myself, but nothing can be done about that.

You have to open an account at electroneum.com while participating in bounty. Log in.  Bounties were loaded to the wallet in that account. For example mine was at 16th of the month.

Many here are wanting to hide the dirt under the rug for fear of losing their earnings and want to insist on the speech that the problems occurred, only occurred because of error of the noobies.

If you want to deceive yourselves I can not prevent it, but just analyze the cases that have occurred to verify that withdrawals and deposits made correctly, with the correct PaymentID, simply have not been fulfilled. In the blockchain there are the records with everything ok, but the currency not credited in the users wallet. There are several cases. Do you have your peace of mind because you hold the currency in the long run and everything goes well? If mine were standing in my wallet too she would be there as an illusion. Just move the coin in the net they are now in Limbo amidst the screaming silence of the Eletroneum team and the Cryptopia team.

Look what is happening out there and have a little empathy for the problem of others, because tomorrow may be you.

See how many cases occurred in these 2 links, outside the Telegram group that too, is full of complaints:

No! Definitely not the fault of "noobies users". The problem is that bomb we're sitting on!

https://github.com/electroneum/electroneum/issues

Is it only with the CLI wallets or paper wallet imports as well? My payments from the pool to my mobile phone wallet work quick and efficiently. I notice most of the problems are with Cryptopia which is a terrible exchange. They only have 1 connection according to this page? https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=ETN so not sure if thats because ETN's central node is only the UK one of if Cryptopia arent connecting to any alternate ones. I think the ETN team really need to look into the blockchain and payment system a bit more but its still early days so hopefully they will get onto it and make it less prone to the issues everyone seems to be having.

Hi, all. I lost 22800 etn with a strange cli-wallet (generated in Ubuntu 16.04). This wallet was used as the pool wallet of my etn pool. Our pool found 3 blocks. However, no profit received. Then I had to generate a new cli-wallet, and sent 22800 etn from my personal wallet into the new one. No miners in my pool lost anything.

Yesterday, I finally restore this strange wallet by seed. I found that the network did sent the profit to this strange wallet, as follows:
https://ton.twitter.com/1.1/ton/data/dm/945956688120594436/945956554808766464/OI2SwGnl.jpg

However, the 22800 etn was immediately sent to somewhere else. In order to find out what really happened, I used my private view key to unlock the transaction, as follows:
https://ton.twitter.com/1.1/ton/data/dm/945956508436643849/945956007431122945/PquwHatD.jpg:large

Then I checked this specific transaction within my wallet, as follows:
https://ton.twitter.com/1.1/ton/data/dm/945964890988019717/945964809765363713/bX7V1s3W.jpg:large

Normal outgoing transactions should have Destinations (left) field. However, this specific transaction (right) does not have this field. So, where is my etn now? Who/What is responsible for sending my etn to NOWHERE?

Please help me! 22800 etn is HUGE for me. Any suggestions are appreciated. Huh Huh
I haven't had a problem with transactions but after seeing many people having issues with it, I wonder if this is what's happening --this is a Note from the pool of another CryptoNote based coin-

Notice:
Please DO NOT mine directly to an exchange's address (like what from Cryptopia) because exchanges often use the same address for eveyone (only payment id is unique to each user). So, if you mine directly to that common address, coins could be lost.

Thanks for your reply! I never use the exchanges' wallet. The strange wallet that I have was generated by electroneum-wallet-cli in Ubuntu OS. This wallet cannot receive any etn. I have tried to send some etn directly from my personal wallet. It still shows 0 balance.  Shocked

Are your configs for miner corrected with your address? Did the pool pay the coins out or are they just shown on your pool balance?

doesnt look bad, but use Cast XMR if for whatever reason that miner doesnt work.

also, check with only having this in the pool line

Well it seems nowadays there are a lot of trolls on Twitter just trying to cause FUD and bring down the price of certain coins. If this would ever happen to the coin you have and you believe in it, don't just believe everything you read on Twitter and act out of panic. Research it yourself We've seen this so many times, just scammers trying to scare people into panic sells.
