Nevermind, I've found the answer by myself on the website.
Half of the arbitration committee members will consist of instructors, while the other half will be constituted by students. This will allow to achieve a balanced representation of the parties’ interests, elicit the trust of the platform members, and eliminate the possibility that one group could exercise power over the other.

On platform training and the judgement system will use smart contracts. Smart contracts guarantee that if the student won’t receive their training there will be refund
Yes and Platform charges 0.1% commission fee for that guarantee.

Yes I agree. I myself faced such a situation that one lawyer advised me to act in one way, and another lawyer in another way. I thought for a long time which way to choose. I had to go to another lawyer

What if the point of your platform, if there are lots of free services where training materials are also present?
Nothing replaces live interaction between tutor and the student. On our platform the student will be directly trained by the instructor. In addition, our platform is not only for training but for consultation too. There are no online web platforms that can provide with useful and worthwhile consultation services. Free information by quality is much more inferior to paid information. Paid information has much more chances to be from an insider.
I do not agree with you. Information is not required to be insider information. The most important thing is that the information is useful. And there is a lot of useful information on free resources.
Yes you will find a lot of general information on free sources. But who will answer you to your personal problem issue?
