Even before the goal Manchester United players did well, they played better and did well to take control of the game during the first half. I'm blaming both the medical team and the official for the goal scored by Brentford United. The medical team should have provided a long term solution for the bleeding while the match official should have just let De Ligt on the pitch until the first half comes to an end. ( Finally I get his decision, Health First ). Newcastle United coach has also been fumbling but not being talked about and the same with West Ham. It's either they dislike Erik ten Hag or they dislike Manchester Uniteds success. Today, I'm giving Marcus Rashford and Garnacho his flowers. A striker who can convert chances would definitely solve 90% of them issues.

Manchester United were actually controlling the game before the goal came, United should’ve been on front from the first half had Garnacho, Ericksen and Rashford converted their chances in that match. The goal once again was definitely on the medical team of the club and not any officials, no wonder how injury crisis are just getting worse every day. The officials cannot allow him to continue playing because of two rules, which is he can’t play with blood stains on his body and he was bleeding, secondly it was an head injury which base on rules needed to be treated as emergency. The medical team had more than one chance to sort that out but they were just not doing anything. Today’s goal conceded right after De Ligt left the proves how important he is to the club.

Yes both Eddie Howe and Julen Lopetegui are struggling but the problem is they are not Manchester United and since they were top of Manchester United in the league doesn’t allow the biased media to come after them. Funny thing is both the managers have been linked by the manager has a better replacement of Ten Hag

It seems Saliba committed a pretty hard foul, because the referee immediately gave him a red card without giving a yellow card first as a warning. Clearly, the red card made Bournemouth who played at home managed to have good statistics, although Arsenal remained good in ball possession but it was not enough to end the match with a draw. But at least, with results like this I also feel that Arsenal still does not have a champion mentality, because they only played with 10 players against Bournemouth who were not predicted to win at all, but in reality Arsenal still lost with a score of 2-0.

Indeed, I also admit that it is difficult to get good results with only 10 players but at least, if Arsenal has a great champion mentality then Arsenal should be able to hold a draw even with only 10 players. But yes, there are still many matches ahead that Arsenal will maximize to stay in the top four but I think, it seems that this season Arsenal will really have a hard time because the tight schedule certainly has to be able to maximize player rotation which may also have a bad impact on their performance and results later.
Things become difficult for a coach and players when they only have 10 players on the field.
Bournemouth managed to develop their game and take advantage of Arsenal's weaknesses in the second half, the first goal was truly charming. This was a defeat that Arsenal couldn't help but accept, but I wouldn't say they were completely bad.

In my opinion, this is not because Arsenal don't have a winning mentality, but they are less effective with their strategy when only playing with 10 players. Bournemouth pressed well and forced Arsenal into mistakes for the second goal. But it's true, there are still many matches ahead that Arsenal can maximize to win points and get back on track for the title race.

Seriously, did you realize that Arsenal are now 2-0 behind Bournemouth?
Arsenal played with 10 men since William Saliba was sent off with a red card in the 30th minute of the first half, but Bournemouth's two goals came in the 70th and 79th minutes of the second half. It's surprising because we all basically favor Arsenal to win this away match. The red card has clearly ruined all of Arteta's plans for this match, so they really need to make up for it in another match.

I was once again like "Ah shit, here we go again." about Manchester United at first. However they made a really nice comeback. Good for them and Erik ten Hag especially! Because you know he is like the most debated coach in the recent times.  Tongue  It must be tough to handle such pressure.

He has always been confident about his job for quite a while. We will see about that. It is really assertive for a coach in his 3rd year without a PL title.

This was the result I anticipated before the game so no big surprise there. Brentford are not a tough team to play against. Though they dominated the first half but Manchester United were the better side in the second half. I didn’t expect the comeback from United. Tbh, I was thinking to myself maybe this loss will be the end of Erik Ten Hag lol. Getting all three points at Old Trafford has changed the mood of United fans, I’m seeing a lot of positivity from the fans.
After Brentford took the lead in the additional time of the first half of their game at Manchester United this afternoon, I felt it was going to be another bad day at the office for Erik ten Hag but luckily for the Dutch manager, his boys were able to turn up and deliver an impressive second half display to snatch a win and ease the pressure on Erik ten Hag with that all important three points.
Yesterday, Erik ten Hag was speaking with so much confidence about how his team is going to succeed in their project this season but I didn't actually believe what he said because he's also made similar statements in the past and still failed to get good results but if they can continue with the mentality I saw in the second half today at Old Trafford, then Erik ten Hag might succeed in responding to all the criticisms he's faced this season with success

After club legend John Mikel Obi publicly criticized him for not converting chances he had during the third and second fixtures, he didn't just made a response online but he also made a great response on the pitch which was both on and off the ball for them during the games against Bournemouth even that against West Ham United changed my mindset about him. But, Chelsea fans demands nothing but consistency from him and even of he is not scoring, he should try to create chances as a player and make his side much productive. I'm not sure he'll thrive in a Virgil van Dijk and Konate defense combination against Liverpool though. Osimhen to Chelsea still peng news.
I’m not going to lie, Nicolas Jackson’s performance improved after the criticisms from Mikel Obi. I think their agreement was “I score goals every week and you keep quiet about me” sort of thing. Jackson did shut Mikel Obi up for a little while but his performance has dropped again and as January window draws closer, talks of Chelsea needing a new striker are starting again. I believe Enzo Maresca is still interested in signing Victor Osimhen, the problem is will Chelsea be able to make an offer that will appeal to the player.

^ It seems like he took things really seriously. It also looks like he really does not like getting criticized publicly, but I actually like this. If players could actually look at criticisms like this and improve themselves and prove the haters wrong, it would have been better for them. But not everyone is actually capable of doing that. Cole Palmer is another guy who does not care about criticism and he performs regardless. I also know a lot of players who have crumbled under pressure. It is good to say that Nicholas Jackson is not someone who crumbles under pressure and actually excels in the face of criticism. The start for him in this season has been good and I hope he will be able to continue this court performance throughout the season. There is still a long way to go though.

Newcastle trailed 0-1 from Brighton in the first half. Brighton's goal was scored by Danny Welbeck in the 35th minute.
Now the match is entering the 65th minute, Newcastle dominates the match with several chances that have been created. Unfortunately, it has not resulted in a reply goal.
Newcastle has several good chances, I see confusion from Newcastle's attack line when they get a chance. and some because of the support from their teammates who are quite late. Brighton players play quite disciplined. but I hope Newcastle can score.

I don't know why I can't accept every time Newcastle loses. Newcastle's 0-1 loss to Brighton shouldn't have happened because the opportunity to equalize was open with the remaining time available.
Newcastle's good opportunities during the 90 minutes I said were many but useless because of the final result.
Eddie Howe seems confused with his tactics this season. To target a top four finish that could return Newcastle to the Champions League seems impossible.
I don't blame him, but Eddie Howe has to think hard.

After get 5 consecutive negative results in the matches they have played so far, Manchester United can finally win over Brentford and make Ten Hag can finally smile today after the 3 points they got, Brentford actually played quite well in the match even in the first half although Manchester United was lead of them 1-0 with Garnacho goal,  but Brentford who had a high spirit towards the end of the first half was actually able to equalize the score 1-1 through a corner kick scheme, I think in that match Manchester United will actually draw or lose again after many chances that Brentford was able to create, but indeed the poor finishing actually made Onana goal safe throughout the match, Hojlund goal in the 62nd minute finally made Manchester United win 2-1 over Brentford and made them while has risen to 10th place in the Premier League standings today.
De Ligt Became the Hero of Manchester United's victory today with his bloody struggle.

There are 7 matches today in the Premier League. The first match of the day will be between Tottenham and West Ham. Tottenham suffered a very unfortunate defeat last week away to Brighton. They led 0-2 at half-time that match. But they lost 3-2 that match. On the other hand, West Ham have only two wins this season in the Premier League. But one of them came last week when they beat Ispwich Town 4-1. Neither team has had balanced results in recent weeks. But I think Tottenham will be the favorites in this match.

It's ended with Tottenham winning the game by scoring 4 goals against West Ham. They played very well. They had good intensity, a strong counterattack, and good ball progression. They deserved it; they played with everything they had. They played like they had no problems.

As for West Ham, they played terribly in this game. I don't even know what to say about their performance. They are totally different from what they used to be. They were grounded. The saddest part is that their player, Kudus got a red card. He'll be suspended for a few matches. They're also the second-worst defense in the Premier League.
I see no reason for West Ham to keep Lopetegui much longer in the club. They must sack him or they're done this season.

I wonder how you guys even manage to compare big clubs like Tottenham and obviously smaller clubs like Westham, on a normal day, it is supposed to be clear that Tottenham will play much better than Westham because both clubs are not of the same capacity in almost everything, like in players abilities, funding, management and so on.

Personally, I am not surprised that Tottenham won their match against Westham, it's one that is expected if you ask me, I would have been more surprised if the outcome of this game was the other way round.

Congratulations to the Tottenham team anyways, they played a good game no doubt, but I hope they can play this good when they meet with a stronger club.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

Yeah that's what is expected no matter the result is a draw, the important thing is that Newcastle can score while Man United has led the score even though there is still an anxious hope that Brentford can equalize again but seeing Man United's game looks to dominate the game.

Sometimes some matches are difficult to guess that we don't know what to do while the bet is chosen according to the favorite odds it doesn't guarantee anything.

-snip-and which very funnily,  even Ten Hag doesn't have a solution to overcome this, so actually the source of the problems and jokes that occur at Manchester United is currently in Ten Hag, in my opinion  Grin.
United do have problems with some injured players. Even Leny Yoro could not show his performance in the EPL after being injured at the beginning of the season. However, I think the biggest problem right now is Ten Hag and his decisions that have made United slump. So far Ten Hag has bought many players from the Netherlands and he seems to be trying to implement what he did when he was with Ajax. I mean Ten Hag does not have the creativity to make tactical variations in the EPL. Even though they managed to win the FA Cup, I think Manchester United should not be a team that is very proud just because of the FA Cup. They should be in the ranks of the title challengers or qualify for the UCL every season.

It's very obvious that the coach is beginning to lack ideas and ways to push the team forward but what I dislike about Ten Hag is that he keeps dwelling on his past success, whenever he speaks with the press he would always give excuses with reference to his previous success and trophies he's won, he should stop dwelling in the past, relax and think of solutions to his errors, people say Manchester United lack a good squad depth and that's why they're not successful yet in this current season but i don't think it's true though they might be facing tough challenges with injuries but I think Manchester United's team has a good squad but they lack good management, a manager with a good tactics that would bring out the best in them. It's not about winning the FA or Caraboa Cup, it's Manchester United not Tottenham or Arsenal and Manchester United is beyond that Standard what they need is competing well for titles like the Premier league and Champions league.
Their greatest problems lies in their creativity, those players needs some good level of work done on their minds. It's all about thinking of how to create chances and move the break forward to achieve something worthwhile.

This issue angers Bruno Fernandes on the pitch as I see him angrily passing the ball back to the keeper often times because no one is actually opening for him to spread passes. Casemiro isn't at his best today. Their mindset needs a total overhaul from my perspective.

Update: 1:1, they just equalized now with a Garnacho strike and Rashford assist. The response was fast, hope to see more cute dramas going forward
It's just not about their mindset, the team needs a total overhaul, from the coach to some players, look at how  they've been struggling to get a draw with Brentford during the first half. Bruno Fernandes is truly giving out his best I agree with you on that, though he doubles as a central and attacking midfielders which allows him get a lot of investment with the ball.

Manchester united are currently winning 2:1, let's just hope they will maintain the tempo till the end of this second half, if not I don't trust them that much when it comes to maintaining a win, anything can just happen between now and the final whistle.

The match is 32 minutes gone as at now but there is no goal between the two teams, Manchester United has managed to make 2 attempts but none was able to hit the back of the net but the visiting team is having more of the ball but they are defending more instead of coming forward to attack,  United squad may be more expensive but the performance of the team in this game should proof if they are better than Brentford because they are not playing like a team that is interested in winning the game yet. MU was 0-1 behind in the first half. but MU responded well at the beginning of the second half with a goal from Garnacho in the 47th minute. they got more chances, I think they should have been able to get another goal and win. if not Ten Hag will only add to MU's bad record this season.
a draw will not be good for MU, they will be looking for a win and they must get it. their position in the standings is very bad and it will be difficult for them to climb to the top of the standings if they continue with their bad performance.

Just now a goal for West Ham occurred. This will be a tough task for Spurs even though the normal playing minutes are still long which could possibly be used to score a goal. If they do not concede first, their efforts to score a goal and target a win will not be as complicated as the current situation which has entered the 29nd minute.

Kudus who made Tottenham have to be extra to reply to their goal so that they do not experience defeat.
The open game of both will be even more interesting to watch.
West Ham was unable to be in the game the moment the second half started. Tottenham took advantage of the second half and made proper use of their chances to score three more goals. Kudus didn't play like a professional today because he was unable to control his temper due to frustration from how the game changed in the seconf half against them. He was unable to control himself after a push on his chest by Van der Vern, he went out of control which made the referee send him out of the pitch with a red card. Putting his men on a more vulnerable state, but no goal was scored after the red card. The host won with 4-1.

This should be an easy win for Manchester United. They are the favourites to win. The odds are very high…too high considering the poor form of United. I would be disappointed but not surprised if Manchester United fail to secure all three points against Brentford. Erik Ten Hag says he is taking Manchester United to the promised land, this might as well be a good time to start.
Maybe Manchester United can win against Brentford although I think a draw is the more likely outcome. Odds of 1.73 show how confident the bookmakers are in making Manchester United the favourites to win, given Manchester United’s form, it’s a trap that could cost you your bet.
It’s one thing for a punter to win their bet because they chose 4.20 as the odds displayed.
One thing I think is going to happen in that Manchester United game against Brentford is seeing the game produce plenty of goals. Manchester United as we all know haven't been convincing this season but a mere look at the quality of players in the squad suggests that they're the better team when compared to Brentford while Brentford on the other will visit United with the intention scoring from every attacking move since the United defense have let in so many goals this season.
So for Erik ten Hag's men, I feel they'll get all three points from the game but I expect both teams to get find the back of the net.

Lol let's see if Ten hag will come up with a better substitutions in the second half because the performance of Manchester United doesn't look like a team that can score in the game.
