Reaching to a point where United literally sacked Erik Ten Hag when they just did contract extension so recently, we need to realize that this isn't an acceptable situation at all and we are talking about a bigger deal here. We need to consider how things needs to be different this time around and they need to do a lot better.

I personally believe the best thing to do right now would be give him some time, but they can spare like at most a month, after that they need to see some results, otherwise things will not be simple at all because if they keep doing badly then they are not going to be happy with what they have at all, we need to consider how Amorim took on a job that will literally put his entire future at risk.
I think it's over and Erik ten Hag has been fired and that's the policy implemented by Manchester United management. If we talk about a second chance or giving Erik time, of course that has been done by Manchester United management but the results have not improved so their best step is to separate and Manchester United will look for a new coach this season. Apart from that, Erik ten Hag's performance has declined quite a bit this season because he failed to improve the quality of his players and also the bad results were the main reason Manchester United fired him.

In yesterday's match, Manchester United was led by Ruud van Nistelrooy and it was seen that Manchester United players enjoyed Ruud van Nistelrooy's strategy more than Erik ten Hag. Because in that match they were able to record the biggest win this season. It was a surprise because under the new coach Manchester United's playing style has become better than before, I think the management acted quite right to fire Erik ten Hag.

You were not really making any sense in the most part of your comment, you wish Arsenal had won the match because they don't deserve to loose, and at the same time, Liverpool also don't deserve to loose either, and you wish they had won  Huh Huh, are you new to football?
Maybe he made a mistake when writing the post, or maybe he lacks knowledge about football, maybe he just decides to post just to complete the signature post because it’s not possible for two teams playing against each other to win, is either one of them losing or they play drawing? How will you wish two teams playing against each other to win? It’s not possible.

Arsenal and Liverpool both played well in the match, and Arsenal performed above my expectations, because since they are facing some injury problems, I expected their performance to drop in the match, but they played well and were able to get a draw in the match, which really affected Liverpool because the first position has been taken from them by Manchester City.

There are 4 most awaited matches this weekend, regardless of the results of each team's matches in the previous week. Arsenal will again be tested for strength by Newcastle, while Liverpool will face Brighton. Chelsea and Manchester United are a fierce match, but Chelsea should be able to win the match when Manchester United is in their worst form. The Tottenham vs Aston Villa match will also be fierce, this is about the matches of the top teams at the moment.

Newcastle vs Arsenal
Liverpool vs Brighton
Tottenham vs Aston Villa
Manchester United vs Chelsea
Starting with the Newcastle vs. Arsenal match, I’m confident Arsenal will come out on top. Newcastle are no match for Arsenal, who have proven themselves as a real force in the Premier League. With their star player back and even scoring against Liverpool, they’ll be heading to St. James’ Park with high morale to face a less consistent Newcastle side.

When Liverpool takes on Brighton, they’ll be eager to make up for dropping points against Arsenal. At Anfield, they should be able to secure all three points, along with a few goals.

The Tottenham vs. Aston Villa match will likely be competitive. Without their captain Son Heung-min, Tottenham may struggle, especially against an in-form Aston Villa side with a striker like Jhon Duran, who can cause them trouble.

Lastly, the clash between Manchester United and Chelsea might be the weekend’s standout fixture. Many might pick Chelsea as favorites, but that would have changed since Manchester United seem to have improved since they parted ways with Erik Ten Hag. Given the long history of rivalry between the two team, I expect this match to end in a draw.

Amorim has managed to bring a lot of positive changes to Sporting Lisbon's performance so far and with his coaching ability has actually made Sporting Lisbon a dominating team in the Portuguese league, so I think he has great potential to bring positive changes to Manchester United later, He is has proven himself as a smart and adaptive coach at Sporting Lisbon, so with his ability to develop young players and maximize the resources that are there can be a lot of benefit for the Red Devils to rise again in premier league later , I totally agree with what you said, if the fierce competition and high pressure could be a tough test for Amorim at manchester United later, but even so, with his flexible tactical approach and his ability to adapt quickly, there is certainly a greater chance that we can see from his can to bring United in a better direction later.

Yesterday after it was confirmed that Ruben Amorim was going to be the next permanent manager of Manchester United, I read a reaction from a sports journalist who jokingly said that "With the arrival of Amorim, Pep Guardiola is now the second best manager in the English Premier League" and that I think explains how the Portuguese manager is valued. Despite being a young manager, he's proven to be very experienced and tactically incredible with intimidating records. I hope he brings the much anticipated exciting football that Manchester United fans have lacked since the club's legendary former manager Sir Alex Ferguson retired.
The prospect of Ruben Amorim becoming Manchester United's next permanent manager is exciting for both the club and its supporters. While Amorim boasts an impressive record in his previous club, I don’t believe he has what it takes to go head-to-head with Pep Guardiola in the Premier League. It’s an expensive joke, Pep Guardiola has almost transformed a once fiercely competitive league into a farmers league.

Aston Villa should have won against Bournemouth. Now I understand that they at least got one point but it is definitely not enough. They should have been able to win. If they are unable to win these kinds of matches, they are not going to be able to stay in the top four positions of the table. If they were able to win this match they could have gone ahead of Arsenal and on the third position of the table. But they have lost that chance. Still, they have a chance though because they are just behind on goal difference compared to Arsenal. Aston Villa has to be much more consistent. Because the competition is only going to get harder for the top 4 position
The game didn't go as they plan, that's football but we have to admit Bournemouth cab be one hell of a team, though are mid, they are still very troublesome and we saw how difficult it was for Chelsea to get all 3 points from the with a 1 goal to nil win, they got the better of Arsenal, with a 2 goals win.

Aston Villa will be disappointed that they didn't take their chances well and more importantly considering a extra time goal in the second half, yesterday they lost against Crystal Palace in the Carabao cup and now they have to play against Tottenham who won against Manchester City in the same Carabao cup yesterday.

Though I think Aston Villa may get back at winning ways against Tottenham this weekend, since they're more consistent than the Spurs  team.

I think we fail to acknowledge one glaring fact of players' willingness or non willingness to support the new manager/coach.
This should be a concern for Amorim, because it is until the coach has warmed up to the players currently in the squad and have bonded with them that he can do and know which players needs to be sold or transferred for free.
The goal will remain same for him and that's to bring Manchester United to the top of the table and make them qualify seasonally for the champions League which is the hottest cake for professional footballers.
This is going to be the biggest task Amorim will face and it could make or break the entire season as well. If players are happy with him, then they are going to do fine, back in the day when Mourinho was here and Bruno was a star, they had this Portuguese team, a few players there, and now they are mostly Dutch and the Dutch dude left. So, if those player are mad that Amorim took their coaches position, they will be pretty upset and not play well and not get along with the coach as well.

So, we are going to see a bit back to Portugal from them probably, they are going to wait until summer for that though, maybe one or two small transfers during January but that's it. They need to figure out players that will play well for Amorim and listen to him and care about him. Doesn't matter where that player is from, if a Dutch one does that then that's fine too but they have to care about what he says at all times.

This is a big risk they are taking right now, and I have no idea how this will end up. It could be a great deal and they could start winning plenty of games, or it could be a very bad decision and they could end up with a bunch of terrible results again which will not be ok at all.

Arsenal and Liverpool played against each other in the Premier League where Arsenal managed to score two goals against Liverpool while Liverpool managed to score two goals against Arsenal. We've seen Liverpool and Arsenal play a lot of attacking football but neither team has been able to get that much against each other. A personal win against Liverpool would have put them in a better position on the points table but they were not able to do so but thanks to Liverpool and Arsenal for putting on a good game.

I honestly thought Arsenal might be able to actually win this match. But the player that was supposed to leave the Liverpool club, Salah, saved Liverpool in the 81st minute. But honestly, Liverpool didn't deserve to lose this match in my opinion. They have played well in this match. Actually, I am going to say that neither of these two teams deserved to lose this match. A win was needed for Arsenal though. Because the point difference between them and Liverpool is 4. Now Arsenal is going to be under pressure from Chelsea and Aston Villa. Liverpool is playing really well by the way. This is one match that they have drawn remaining quite a few consistently.
You were not really making any sense in the most part of your comment, you wish Arsenal had won the match because they don't deserve to loose, and at the same time, Liverpool also don't deserve to loose either, and you wish they had won  Huh Huh, are you new to football?

Anyways, in a case like this, like in a game where both club playing against each other must win because non of the them deserve to lose, what can or do we refer a "draw" as? Do we say that both club ended winning? Or they both ended up losing?
Asking genuinely... 😁

Manchester United wouldn't have rushed to hire a new coach when they have Ruud Van Nistelrooy, a player that made his mark in the team and have the United spirit of sportsmanship. They would have tried him a couple of times to see if he is capable of handling the team or not before opting for a new coach from and entirely new background. Just one match of him handling the team, he was able to motivate the boys to get five goals, a result ETH rarely have. I have the confidence that he would have been a nice substitute for ETH for the mean team maybe until January when they will be able to evaluate him using many matches he would have played.
While Manchester United may have outclassed Leicester City under interim coach Ruud van Nistelrooy in their recent EFL Cup match, I don’t believe that’s enough reason to consider him for the permanent role. Manchester United is a big club, and they shouldn’t be swayed by sentiments just because Ruud van Nistelrooy is a club legend. Manchester United are in a very bad place right now, they cannot afford to take their chances with Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Don't really know what went wrong with them, but it was a massive opportunity missed. I believe Bournemouth was happy to have that draw at Villa's park. Late minutes in the English premier league can be very frustrating especially when the referee adds more than 4minutes of playing time, which I believe not every team can hold up for that long. Villa conceded In the 90+6 minutes of the game, which actually leveled the game to a draw. Now that they've missed this chance of going above arsenal on the table, I doubt if they will ever get the same chance till the league ends. Chances most times don't occur twice. We've seen it happen in the English premier league.

Hiring Amorim is a done deal. That's at least according to Dave Brailsford, Ineos’ director of sport (Ineos owns Man Utd). There's still uncertainty over when exactly will Amorim join the club, but probably won't be too long. In a recent interview he confirmed that he will be staying in Lisbon this Sunday, so van Nistelroy will again take charge of the team in a game against Chelsea. But even if United won decisively with Chelsea, I don't think there's any chance Ruud would stay as a permanent manager. The contract with Amorom seems to be already signed.

In other matches, Aston Villa failed to maximize their match to win over Bournemouth. Aston Villa and Bournemouth both drew 1-1 which then failed to take Arsenal's position in 3rd place. Even though Aston Villa's match against Bournemouth was played earlier than Arsenal vs Liverpool, Aston Villa deserved to feel disappointed because Arsenal and Liverpool also drew. . Aston Villa and Arsenal both have 18 points, while Chelsea follows from behind with a gap of 1 point.

Amorim inherited a squad that was not in good form from Ten Hag, so he needed time to rebuild the Manchester United squad to a better performance. His first season as Manchester United coach did not go as expected, there will be a transition period between himself and the players to understand each other. Usually, coaches have favorite players who they think can work well with them, as Conte wanted at Napoli to bring in Lukaku. A squad overhaul may be on the cards, but it will all happen slowly.
This is a hot seat we're talking about here, the managerial role is not easy as it seems. Only possible most of these best managers can handle this crucial position without relenting or having some form of weakness. The current assistant coach, Ruud van Nistelrooy is building a good thing in the club. In his first game, he recorded a striving win of 5-2 against Leicester City and its consider a stunning record for the team. Manchester United sacked Erik Ten Hag and now settles for Ruud van Nistelrooy as temporary headcoach, he has good vision and his plans to execute them wouldn't be any problem. As for the Sporting headcoach, Ruben Amorim will coming to Old Trafford November and that puts him in good stands to obtained the necessary important winnings for the club.

I believe Amorim can't help Manchester United to return to their glory days on his first season. He has a lot of things to be done, and yet again, he should have sold the players who were not used by the club. And i think the club will not back him with lots of money in the winter transfer season. This was because the FA might sanction Manchester United for violating the PSR rules.

Ten hag has left a team with a bad form and mentality at the moment, but I think ten hag has actually also left a strong team full of star players, so I think amorim will have an easier job later at Manchester United, because he just needs to improve the performance and mentality of the Manchester United players later and find the right strategy to make them better, every new coach of course needs a transition and it is often a big challenge for a new coach like Amorim in EPL, but considering if squad inherited from Ten Hag is filled with good and talented players, of course he will not need much time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of his players and rebuild the team to be more competitive, if Conte brought Lukaku to the Napoli squad, Ten Hag brought Anthony previously to Manchester United,So I think Gyokeres will be the player brought by Amorim to Manchester United later to occupy their main striker position.

After Ten Hag, Manchester transferred Sporting Lisbon's Coach Ruben Amorim for 10 million Euros.
Coach transfer is not a common situation, but it can happen sometimes.
According to the news, Manu will also pay a large compensation to Ten Hag.
This situation does not affect a club like Manchester at all. They should have fired him long ago. A move that was too late.
Amorim has no angry stick in his hand. He too will need time.
This will be a lost year for Manchester.

But, if for example Manchester United postpone to appoint Ruben Amorim and give time for Ruud van Nistelrooy to become interim manager of Manchester United, it seems like it will still be okay. Because after all, Ruud van Nistelrooy also managed to make Manchester United win big in last night's match in the EFL Cup, and Manchester United managed to win with a big score of 5-2. Also, having four goals in the first half I think it was a very good performance.

Indeed, there is no guarantee whether Ruud van Nistelrooy will be able to consistently make good improvements for Manchester United or not, but I think giving time for Ruud van Nistelrooy until the middle of the season or maybe until the end of this season, it seems like it will be interesting too and maybe Ruud van Nistelrooy is also the right person to become head coach of Manchester United.

Somehow you're making a valid point but on the other hand it doesn't really depend on the size of the league where the coach comes from because even Jose Mourinho was brought in from the Portuguese league where he was incharge of FC Porto and he did very well with Chelsea winning some titles. I think we should rather focus on what the coach can offer, let's wait and see what his own football philosophy would look like, let's see if he would be the kind of coach that would discipline his players and also create a team that would turn out to be champions rather than worry about where he comes from.

It is not actually nice making some fast conclusion about a new coach that is yet to start work for the club he must have been assigned to manage. It is only bad and to think of a coach less since he hasn’t showcased what he’s capable of doing for the success of the club. The premier league is indeed more intense than the Portuguese league he’s currently managing a club in, but it doesn’t mean he won’t perform well if he comes to the premier league to manage a team. Such was Kompany spoke lowly of, but today he has been doing tremendously well for the Bayern Munich team and could continue of this success path till the end of the season. We just have to wait to see what he can do for Manchester United before we can make conclusions.
Most times coaches fail to make impact in their new assignment not because they are not tactical sound but because of some factors that are within the club settings, such interference within the club's hierarchy and the inability of the coach to take certain important decisions which he sees fit to enable him create the kind of changes that he require to enable him discharge his duties effectively and these and many more are some of the problems which I think have impeded the progress of Manchester United over the years

Especially for a complex club like Manchester United that owned and run by Core business men who might want to interfere and scrutinize with the coaches choices of players especially when the transfer window open, so if the coach is given the liberty to run his team it might go a long way to affect the output of the coach which will in turn affects the results.

After reading the many praises given to Man United and also the pride of Ten Hag dismissal which gave a positive result in yesterday's match, do you have confidence in the upcoming match that Man United can win against Chelsea? Even the bookmakers give the same odds between MU and Chelsea. Do you have a prediction in this match?

Their victory in the previous match gave a new atmosphere and new discussions about their performance for the next match. But I think they also forgot that the opponent they defeated with a landslide score in the previous match was not a very tough club. Not to underestimate Leicester, but when you look at their position in the regular competition, their position is also at the bottom, yes even though it is only one rank below Manchester United. Now the opponent they will face is Chelsea. Chelsea itself is in a good trend this season. They showed a good revival this season, unlike the previous season which had a disappointing appearance. So this is also a big question whether they will be able to or not.

I did not know about Ruben Amorim before the sack on Ten Hag and rumor, news about chances that Ruben Amorim will be appointed as a new head coach of Manchester United.

He started his coach career in 2018 - 2019 season but his success began to be big with Sporting Lisbon with a league trophy last season. In this season, he has won 9 matches with Sporting Lisbon in Liga Portugal and did not lose any point so far.

Lisbon history since 2005 - 2006 season: https://www.transfermarkt.com/sporting-lissabon/platzierungen/verein/336/

His stats with Sporting Lisbon are impressive but moving to Manchester United and Premier League will be very big challenge for this young coach.
Of course, I'm the same as you. A coach who is not famous usually won't get much attention, unless he has already received interest from a big team. We may have watched Sporting Lisbon play before, but didn't realize that its current coach has received interest from Manchester United today. Amorim of course has to adapt quickly to the team's current needs after Ten Hag left, so he doesn't have much time to think and he has to come with all his abilities.

I just read the news about when Ruben Amorim will join Manchester United. It is said that Amorim will handle the team after the international break, meaning that Manchester United will still be managed by its current interim coach Ruud van Nistelrooy for the next 3 matches. I don't know if this has been confirmed, usually there isn't much reliable news in situations like this.
