I just read that Manchester United finally lost their patience and are letting Ten Hag go.
I don't think there's a single person surprised by that news. If anything, I'm surprised it took them that long.
This is an old news because many Manchester United fans has celebrated this since yesterday because it is something very good. The team made the right decision to sack him, I even feel that it is too late because he has overstayed, and this time he spent has ruin the team, he has no tactics as he used to say and he is a bad coach that can’t use the players he has to get a better result for his team.

Apparently Man Utd are making a move on Ruben Amorim, who currently coaches Sporting Lisbon (since 2020). Sporting has confirmed that Man Utd made an enquiry and are willing to pay 10 million Euro release clause:

I heard that the deal between Manchester United and Ruben Amorim is a done deal according to Fabrizio Romano, but it is not yet official. We hope Ruben Amorim will make the team better and make the team more competitive, and even though we know that it’s too late for them to contest for the title race, he can make the team to get top four and even make them more better in the Europa League.

There are 4 most awaited matches this weekend, regardless of the results of each team's matches in the previous week. Arsenal will again be tested for strength by Newcastle, while Liverpool will face Brighton. Chelsea and Manchester United are a fierce match, but Chelsea should be able to win the match when Manchester United is in their worst form. The Tottenham vs Aston Villa match will also be fierce, this is about the matches of the top teams at the moment.

Newcastle vs Arsenal
Liverpool vs Brighton
Tottenham vs Aston Villa
Manchester United vs Chelsea

Arsenal is definitely more powerful than Newcastle right now and it will only be amazing to see Newcastle beat Arsenal in this game. But the possibility of Arsenal winning is more on the high side. Liverpool is currently the second leading club now with Brighton left at the sixth position of the table standing. Nothing much seems to be wrong with the Liverpool team for now with Salah and Van Dijk both in form. On the day of the match, one of these two Guys will definitely struggle to net the goal for the Liverpool side.

I think Arsenal and Liverpool can get the win. I am not underestimating Newcastle and Brighton but we know they are not at the same level as Liverpool and Arsenal. Arsenal can get an easy win against Newcastle. But if Newcastle play well like they did against City then the best result is a draw. On the other hand Brighton are stronger than Newcastle. They are in 6th place in the standings and have only lost 1. That means Liverpool have to work hard to beat them because there is a chance this match will also end in a draw.

Wow. It is also good to see Manchester United play with Chelsea after Ten Hag was lately dismissed and Van Nistelrooy's take over as a new manager. I cannot wait to see the energy Van Nistelrooy will put into this game and the result such energy will bring to the team. The pressure on Van Nistelrooy's should now is most likely to be higher as they will be meeting with Leicester City tomorrow at the EFL Cup Round of 16. Let's see what Nistelrooy have to offer tomorrow in the interim while the team still go out for Ruben Amorim.

Although when he becomes the manager of Manchester United later at least it is still not a guarantee that Rúben Amorim will succeed, but maybe this choice will be good and right to make Manchester United recover.
This is the fact after all Erik Ten Hag did really well with his Ajax team, eon trophies even in Manchester United but there haven't been much improvement in the team performance and development, though they won the Carabao and FA Cup these past two seasons.

I wonder why they think thus coach may not be an average coach also or maybe able to take them back to winning ways with the current players. Although in anyway their performance against Chelsea may show the expectation fans wi have on him this season. Also maybe they're trying to be like Liverpool who went for a not really popular manager Arne Slot and who's currently doing well, though for me it's still early to judge in regards to long term and same as Enzo Maresca at Chelsea.

Maybe it would be a good choice, although basically Rúben Amorim even since he was a player to become a coach only focused on the Portuguese league. Interestingly, Rúben Amorim is a player who used to come from the Benfica academy, but since Rúben Amorim retired and had a coaching career that Rúben Amorim is no longer tied to Benfica. But yes, even though Rúben Amorim only has a career in the Portuguese League but Rúben Amorim also at least managed to make Sporting get some trophies and that is a good achievement there too. Although when he becomes the manager of Manchester United later at least it is still not a guarantee that Rúben Amorim will succeed, but maybe this choice will be good and right to make Manchester United recover.

I guessed it was quite surprising for me though since there have been news recently about him still being backed by the Management (...)

From my understanding, he had a talk with Jim Ratcliffe, the part-owner of the club who has a control over it, before Man United's league game with Aston Villa, and was given the ultimatum, that he would be sacked if United didn't deliver in that game. They draw 0-0 which was not a bad score considering Villa is a strong team and it was an away game, so maybe that one point was a lifeline for Ten Hag. But a loss to West Ham this weekend was just too much. Even if the owner/fans have already accepted this season is wasted, with a poor performance like that Man United is getting dangerously close to the relegation zone, so something must've been done. Better late than never.
I don't want to say that Ten Hag is a bad manager overall, but his style just didn't click with Man United.

This news came yesterday, it was among the trending news with that of Real Madrid and Vinicius about the ballon d'Or.

I guessed it was quite surprising for me though since there have been news recently about him still being backed by the Management but I think those where just rumour or maybe it was because of what he said in his post match interview after West Ham lost, tbh that made me remember Graham Potter comments during his days as the Chelsea coach, a real nightmare.

Though it's good that the management has finally open their eyes and see that there haven't been any much improvement since Erik Ten Hag took charge of the Manchester United team, although I'm sad from the fact that this may make things difficult for Chelsea getting a win at Old Trafford this weekend.

Amorim is one of the most serious candidates for the new manager position. He is a manager who has achieved great success at Sporting Lisbon. Also, the fact that he is 39 years old and has achieved these successes despite his young age is something that should be appreciated. I think the Manchester United management must have seen this.
I was watching Sky sports news last afternoon and their analysis of who would potentially make it to that position of Utd manager and his name came up of course,  but unfortunately I don't see this happening because the presenters said he already has links of going to Manchester City with the sporting director changes happening there...but of course that can only happen when Pep leaves...

Btw with the money going to Erik Ten Hag for termination of his contract and release clause being triggered  to bring on Amorim, I don't see this happening  tbh... Utd do this coming that's why Van Nistelrooy is there as perfect replacement without more millions  being spent👌
Manchester United has lost patience with ten hag at the moment even though they previously gave great confidence to ten hag, but the defeat to West Ham seems to be starting to change the mind and the management's view to have to sack him, reportedly ten hag will get almost 17 million pounds after 4 months earlier he got a contract extension from Manchester United, I think it is indeed better for Manchester United to lose a lot of money at the moment Instead of continuing to slump if Ten Hag is still a coach, Amorim is currently a strong candidate to replace Ten Hag and reportedly they will have to pay a £10 million release clause to Sporting to get him, before the deal happens and Amorim officially becomes Manchester coach, Ruud Van Nistelrooy of course will take over the team, but making him a permanent coach will of course be very risky because he does not have better coaching skills than Ten Hag, besides that Manchester United needs to learn from their experience with the previous interim coach which is indeed quite bad when appointed as permanent coach.

In the match between Newcastle and Arsenal, I see Arsenal better.  But during the match Newcastle can win the match by scoring more goals due to their good performance.  So we should not consider Newcastle as weak even though their record is not that special. In the match between Liverpool and Brighton, Liverpool is the stronger team, because of which Brighton will lose.  But if Brighton play well and defend yourself, you can draw the match but not win.
Liverpool and Arsenal are currently side by side in the English Premier League. In other words, Liverpool's position in the Premier League is in the second position of the points table with 22 points and Arsenal is in the third position of the points table with 18 points. Arsenal and Liverpool played against each other in the Premier League where Arsenal managed to score two goals against Liverpool while Liverpool managed to score two goals against Arsenal. We've seen Liverpool and Arsenal play a lot of attacking football but neither team has been able to get that much against each other. A personal win against Liverpool would have put them in a better position on the points table but they were not able to do so but thanks to Liverpool and Arsenal for putting on a good game.

Finally Erik Ten Hag packs his bags 🎒, which was long over due!!

You know the second he was only scouting for players from his old camp was mistake number 1 & a recipe for disaster, and all managers should learn from this!!! One Two players is okay but going for over 4 players to join United cemented Manchester united to be just an average club, am hoping Ruud will does a better job in transforming this United side that has even forgotten how to win, worse off how to celebrate 🥳  goals  Roll Eyes

The Premier League is in mourning especially the giant clubs Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Aston Villa, they lost Erik Ten Hag and there is no more entertainment every week. It is a shame that he left too soon. Now a new coach is being prepared but with limited time left, can they fix Man United to return to the top 8 at the end of the season?

Ronaldo, Sancho, McTominay, and De Gea are celebrating his departure. Grin

Manchester United's entire gameplay was destroyed by the Ten Hag. He applied strange match tactics. And he didn't succeed in that, we also saw a decline in the overall performance of the players. The squad had a lot of talented players. But no player's performance was consistent. And that's only because of Ten Hag's wacky match tactics. We've also heard rumors from time to time that Ten Hag doesn't have a good relationship with the squad's players either.

Ten hag kicked talented players like Ronaldo, Sancho, McTominay, and De Gea out of the squad. And that was one of Ten Hag's worst decisions. Antony and Hojlund were added to the squad as replacements for these players. But the performance of these young players is even weaker.

Amorim may have a hard time fixing the ruined team left by the Dutch manager, but after the mid-season transfer period and the changes in the team at the end of the year, they can prepare better for next year. Let's see if an agreement can be reached. For now, the team has been entrusted to Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Breaking News: Erik ten Hag has been sacked as Manchester United manager. A statement later on Monday confirmed the news, which read:

“Erik ten Hag has left his role as Manchester United men’s first-team manager.

“Erik was appointed in April 2022 and led the club to two domestic trophies, winning the Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.

“We are grateful to Erik for everything he has done during his time with us and wish him well for the future.”

It’s finally happening. I have never been this excited about a person losing his job in my entire life. I had to double check the news on Fabrizio Romano and it looks legitimate. This is the beginning of a fresh start for Manchester United, getting a new manager is a step in the right direction. Next step is to overhaul this team of mediocre players that Erik Ten Hag assembled.
Finally what has been awaited has happened, many are waiting for Erik Ten Hag to be fired because many think Erik Ten Hag is not capable of managing a club as big as Manchester United, the club has given him many opportunities but it seems the club's patience has run out after a series of bad results that befell Man United and in the end they made the right decision, hopefully after this Man United can choose a better coach in terms of experience and achievements, the most important thing is that they are not too hasty when they are looking for a coach, it is better to be a little late but right than to be in a hurry and ultimately make the club's performance even worse, Ten Hag's assistant Ruud van Nistelrooy can be the manager temporarily, until Man United appoints a new manager.

Well I think Chelsea are going to find it difficult to win Manchester united in that game. I know that Manchester united haven't been performing well for quite sometimes now but even as that one thing about Manchester united pattern of playing is that any time they are playing with big teams they normally came out with a surprises to their fans. Even though Erik Ten Hag absent from the game would going to make Manchester united players to bring out their minds and play a normal football against Chelsea. However, I think the game will be in favor of Manchester united or at worst a draw we likely be the outcome of the game.

I also think Manchester United even if they didn’t sack Ten Hag would still not be easily beaten by Chelsea because this is a rivalry match. Manchester United were poor than Chelsea last season and they won at home in the first leg and narrowly lost the second game. This is a huge match that this premier league clubs do not take for granted as they do the other matches, with the new manager coming in we all know the euphoria that comes with it and every player will want a starting spot so they will start playing better.

But regardless Chelsea are in a form that they Haven’t been for like four seasons now with the red Hot Palmer scoring in every match possible, with Manchester United defense not having the best time now I think they will have problems containing him

His sack came very late because there was nothing he did not try yet no result. He out to have been sacked a long time ago if not that the management of Manchester United were expecting him to perform a miracle. Now that he has been sacked, let's see if things will turn around for United because they desperately need to take a new direction before they slide into an ordinary team which will not go down well with their numerous supporters.

Strong win also per Chelsea versus Newcasle, with this pace they can go in Chamspion League next year, if we will have one.
Premier should have 5 spots next year probably.
strong win indeed. Newcastle defense wasn't good enough and Chelsea capitalized on it and played really well against them. The mentality and energy is superb and Jackson is currently giving to the team what was missing in the last season of the Chelsea attack. Currently, his attacking style is even better than that of halland because he has the ability to come back and create a lot of chances for his team mates in the midfield whiles still pushing upfront as a neutral attacker. With this current form, anything is possible and you might see them breaking past Aston Villa into the top 4 before the end of the season but even if they ends up fifth witj this kind of performance and depth of team they've built, it's still a good season for them.
Chelsea has been doing great so far, while everyone talks about top teams, they are only one point behind Arsenal right now, and they are very close to top teams as well. Just because there is Villa right in the middle, doesn't mean Chelsea is doing badly and I believe they are going to keep doing great as well, shouldn't really be a shock to anyone to see such a result.

I believe we are going to end up with a good result one way or another, we just need to make sure everything goes as planned for them. If they keep this up then the yare going to do fine, but if they get any worse then it is going to be a problem for them. So their new problem is consistency, they have proven they can be good for the time being, and that is not bad, if they are good the way they are then they are fine.
