Smart is not enough, there must be skills
You guys are just making it up. Why are none of the other games with "500 staff"  what a load of crap. They are all mostly empty stadiums.

That's a match of Belarus League as the only league that still running in Europe while other leagues stopped. I'm not surprised if there are some people go watching in stadium there.

Maybe in Belarus it is still very safe for the co-19 outbreak so that their matches continue and there are spectators every time they start.

In addition, all sports have been stopped because many cases occur in his country so this is a big problem with league matches.

Now the staff are only at the edge of the field and do not interact.

LOOK AT THE BOTTOM ONE. THEY STILL HAVE SOME CROWD THERE

Probably not the fans but just some staff from both team , janitor or some other people with some job to do there. Cant believe how empty it is, it just looks like some regular training game but atleast things went smoothly

If bundesliga can make it happen, EPL could as well but unless there is general consensus regarding this then EPL wont start anymore.

Mourinho's argument seems positive to me but it doesn't make much sense, as usual the situation has not yet returned to normal. However, many are saying that it would not be good to start the session now until the vaccine is discovered, but there is no exact time frame as to when the vaccine will be discovered. In my opinion, it is better to start the sports events with some extra caution. you know the Bundesliga already has been started, very exciting moment, let's see what will happen next.

Tons of conflict of interest regarding the start of EPL again, therefore alot of people making different statement. As for Mourinho's statement, he want just more time before it restart.

As for his case, the last 3 matches of Tottenham ended in draw and lose therefore he want to deliver good result if the league actually restart. To do that, he will have to train his player harder especially when they havent been playing for months

@arallmuus you’re right as a normal football match requires up to 500 staff members, and those people mentioned above would have been instructed to stand out there, and discharge their duties while following social distancing rules. Also Mourinho has dismissed these statements, and he’s claimed that he never gave such statements, and lastly he’s claimed that he’s eagerly waiting for the league to restart.

Quote

In a statement on Thursday, the Portuguese said: “I have not asked for any delay. I want to train, and I am desperate for the Premier League to return as soon as it is safe to do so, particularly now we are seeing other leagues preparing to return to action.

This is true. Mourinho became famous due to the statements that he was making to the media.
He was always offensive to the media and this is a reason that he was increasing his fame and eventually his value.

Well I dont think club chairmen that stupid to hire a coach who only know to babble only. Mou is a talkative coach, yes. But in fact, his achievement is undeniable. He never failed to give trophy to every club he train, and I think this is the only reason why Levy hires him. Levy might be tired of joke "still have more trophy than Spurs's trophy cabinet".
[/quote]
Even though Mounriho talked a lot to the media with his controversy, there are still many clubs that he wants to coach, maybe because a lot of trophies have been won before because he has not failed again if you have found the player he wants but sometimes there are fights Jotos with players when he does not obey Mou.

Mourinho is a great coach but has a lot of touches with his talk.

Good to see few Bundesliga matches were going smooth today. I think all players would get covid test after the match and hopefully no one test positive. If all matches on this gameweek have no issue, could be a strong reason to get Premier League continue.

All the coaches have been having discussions about coming to some sort of consensus to get the season started again. Mourinho is probably just fed up of certain coaches trying to get the season voided.

I am right now watching a live feed. Its very weird with no people in the stand.

Its a bit like the soundcheck before a rock concert when no one is allowed in yet.

Nothing new these days, same story are reformatted over and over in press about neutral venues and the presumptive day of return, June 12 seems to soon. Well the conclusion i made is simply let's wait and see how things go in Germany!
And boys, it seems like a great balloon game over there  Tongue

I think the latest meeting between PL officials pushed the potential restart back to the week after so June 19th.
Bundesliga starts again tomorrow so we have some top Euro League footy to watch again.

I am not fan of Manchester United but when he was Coach I was really hate him and want he must leave but now he is at Spurs still I don't like him because I am feeling he is not good here in EPL he need to be in Italy or Spain as these both leagues are much better for person like him.

Yeah but isn't it good then to have him as a coach of your rival team Cheesy I think maybe his strategy will suit more with Stoke City, especially if they play in cold rainy night. Would be a strong candidate to win Premier League lol.

Mourinho is a manager who is known for his controversial. I am not surprised by what was mentioned in the media. He will always create a sensation to increase the level of his fame. So, I don't think it's necessary to take the message too seriously. There may also be a satirical message for the Bundesliga not just for teams in the premier league

I never hated him since the moment I knew he was expelled from the team he was playing as a youngster in where the coach told him,you are not fit for this and football isn’t for you.I love how he has become a great coach winning Champions League titles although he never played football himself.Yes you cannot hate him.

Tbh I hated him very much when he benched Iker and Kaka as Madrid's coach. But hey, he is no longer a Madrid's coach. I still remember how MU supporters wanted him badly to leave Old Trafford, and right before this lockdown, Spurs fans always comparing him with Pochetinno which they want Levy to bring Pochetinno back. It's fun watching them lol.

Anyway, how's Klopp?  I don't think I heard anything from him during the EPL lock down.  He's prolly pacing back and forth at home, gritting his teeth, growling like how Klopp goes being like Klopp.  Cheesy

I have never seen Klopp in the media about any news during the lockup, can I?

Maybe Klopp will also prepare the team for the match later after starting in the gambling month they will remain like players before him with a game that is so agile to move forward.

Klopp has the best solution for his team so it's safer than covid-19.

"If you don't want to play, stay home and watch Bundesliga!"
You tell 'em, Mou  Grin

The disrespect! The audacity!  How can you hate this man?  Roll Eyes

Love it, well done Mourinho. It's probably a bit of a shot at some of the lower table teams who are trying every trick in the book to not finish the season.

Nah, it's a shot at the crybaby primadonna players who've said they don't want to play during the crisis. Most of them seem to be bigger names. Some of the shitter teams are being difficult though:

Premier League captains accused of using their agenda in Project Restart meeting

Premier League managers and players are getting frustrated with certain clubs said to be using their agenda to halt progress in restart talks.

If it gets to a point where the majority of teams have agreed to proceed and certain clubs are holding back they should just give them the dates when to start and if they don't want to play then fuck em and they just lose points if they don't play the matches. I'm sure clubs would turn their attitudes then.

Yup.  Drop the hammer and let the clubs take it or leave it.  Pretty sure they'll take it.  Lolol.

it could only be mourinho making a joke at a time like this, i don't know how things are really in the united kingdom, but if have the conditions to play games behind closed doors i think it might be a good thing for the league to come back because time is passing and there is no vaccine but there are preventive means such as wearing masks and the social distance that has proven to be a good solution at this time and as the football fields will not have people to watch so the risks will be controlled
