nope i am also working in QORA team , and holding 1.95 million QORAs

1.95 million QORAs is far from enough, you should gather more.
Since you are working in QORA team, should not you communicate with Crowtic often?

I'd suggest you abandon poloniex as a while.
I have been withdrawing my coins from it since months ago.
The 2k limit sucks.
