The leader must be able to control himself, be able to maintain his commitment, be a good example for his/her subordinates, often communicate with subordinates  to get advice and criticism in terms for the common interest. And effective in taking action to bring to the development and advancement to be achieved.

If we are talking about leaders of a nation then he/she must be God fearing and of good moral character to do away with corruption. He must also be a good follower to become a good leader. He must also be of good educational background so as to govern his nation properly.

To be a good leader you need to be a good follower first.

If there who want to be a good leader, they may not be labil in making decisions is good for the team or the organization. They also must be able to consider all or a risk factor is going to happen before decided to take the decision.

I think the quality of a leader is power and prestige. A leader must command his army. that's Trump Fine President. Mr. Trump can run American troops fighting with countries around the world. The trumpets are well supported by American people.

I agree with you every leader must have authority, discipline, loyalty and solidarity.
The assertiveness of a leader will create a disciplined work environment or society. So that every rule in the work environment or society will always be respected, implemented and obeyed the employees or the community.
Solidarity of leaders will eliminate the distance between a leader with his subordinates, making the community or employees comfortable to exchange thoughts or just to express an opinion.
The loyalty of a leader to a job or subordinate will give rise to the authority of a leader.
All of the above factors must be well combined, to be a good leader and competent.

 A leader must possess some qualities to be effective. for me this is the some qualities. First leader should have GOOD COMMUNICATION skill. HONEST all the time, FOCUS on leading his/her people, have DEDICATION for what they are doing, RESPECT to one another.

A leader must have the quality of being a visionary. He/She must have a vision of what the group will do and the also the cause and effects of every decision they will make. A leader must also have the courage to push forward even though the decision may be very risky. Having also the cooperative quality makes the leader a good one. To see things that every member does and help in case of emergency is also a plus. Last but not the least is the humility. Great leaders are strong and decisive but also humble.

A good leader should have the following qualities:

In my opinion, the quality of a leader is to create the trust of the people. A leader must create credibility for the people and be supported enthusiastically. For example, President Putin is a leader who is loved and supported by the people. Putin has been leading the country for more than 20 years. He is the world's most powerful leader.

If a leader is very strict and disciplinarian, the quality of work of his subordinates marks excellence and quality, whilst a leader who have friendly personality the work of his subordinate may neglected because personal relationship is more weighted than being professional. On the other hand, the disciplinarian leader may create a distance between his people because of his management style. So for me, the best quality of leader is combination of two. A leader who treat his people as one family and at the same time make sure that everyone have a role to play and perform it very well.

An important quality of a good leader is their authenticity,their ability to remain true to themselves, their beliefs, and their values. In fact, the good leader doesn’t have to simply remain true to themselves, but they must also be able to transfer their values and beliefs to his/her team.The good leader doesn’t only have to be able to effectively communicate their own values and beliefs, but also those of the organization, as well as its image and overall goal.
