Leader is the one should wear a good quality and characteristics to let others follow what they see. Being a leader is being influential even you doesn't mean it. Other will observe without any words to say. Leader is worthy to be followed by the followers. Followers are looking to be followed.

A leader should be undoubtedly confident in him self and appreciative towards other team members. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus along with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation amongst their team.

They never complain, never explain. Instead of making excuses, they make progress. Whenever they have a setback or difficulty, they repeat to themselves, “I am responsible! I am responsible! I am responsible!”

It's about developing one's self. I don't believe in being a born leader stuff. It's about experience. You can't lead with little knowledge. You can't lead if you don't have confidence. You can't lead if you don't have the voice. Now, where do you get those? At school! You learn, you gain confidence, and most importantly, you are taught how to speak. Being a leader must come to yourself first. Focus at school, be obedient because no leader are in their shoes who weren't used to be followers.

you need to have a higher mental consciousness or awareness to have the hardenness and mental stability to be able to influence people withouting beeing emotionally influenced by them

only that is how a leader can work everything else is pseudoleadership you dont even have a clear mind and try to change influence others..

throughout human history all big leaders actually had a higher deity awareness be it the chinese emperor roman emperor (polytheistic, and monotheistic) egyption, european kings or the current middle eastern kings.

even elon musks derives his mental stability and believes in higher power, not to mention mark zuckerberg (jew)

A quality of a leader depends on the people and how they see them as leaders. Personally, a leader must have a strong yet humble personality. I like a leader whose personality is as strong as the wind so that bad guys will fear them. Also, a humble one so that good guys can approach them anytime. Lastly, a leader who fears God. If a leader shows that he is faithful to God, then everyone may follow him or her.

A leader should be ready to challenges and have courage for it. He should have integrity to earn the respect of his subordinates. And ofcourse humility is important also in order to work with different kind of people.

The quality of good leader must have a strong character and a strong will to lead its people. A good citizen in the society , and a leader that can make his/her country to be wealthy and peacefully. A good follower and have a strong faith in god , so that the people that he/she leads will also follow his will. A good leader is like a good parents to his/her children. And he/she do not do anything that can harm his/her children.

A good leader is a good follower. All the rules that will be implemented he'll do it in the right way. Everytime there will be troubles he should have a tough decision to solve it. Never quit but find ways at all times. Consider others decision and listen to them not just his own decision who will be on top but the majority of the team. Should be fair and just and NO to favoritism.
