Think about your future, your health and your family that will be affected if you still continue to smoke. My father quit smoking when my brother is born.

Carry nuts or other nutritious snacks to nibble on: stay away from candies. When you feel the urge to smoke, take a few deep breaths. Drink lots of water and fruit juices.

When the date you decide to quit comes, stop carrying cigarettes, matches, or lighters. Hide all ashtrays.

In my experience, if you really do not want to quit, nothing will help you, and if it's not words, but you really have a desire, then you do not need advice!

I have tried many ways to quit smoking, "e-cigarettes", eating lollipops, eating chocolate, but they have not succeeded, because there will always be friends who will give you cigarettes!

Smokers cannot easily quit on smoking but again enable to do it you have to make decision.
