Quitting smoking is a dilemma. Most people who are determined to give up smoking have no effect. They stopped smoking for a few months and kept returning to cigarettes for a short time. Actually I'm a person who does not like to smoke and never tried, so I have no experience but I know some books will help you. "Awake The Giant Within" and "Unlimited Power" by Anthony Robbins. Go cold turkey. Lock yourself in your room and don't leave for a week then just say to yourself if I haven't smoked in a week I don't really need them and you will change your mind

I think you should make a plan for yourself to quit smoking, for example decrease the frequency of smoking or the amount of taking cigarette within a week.

i'm a smoker before but i use Vape as alternative purposes cos the smell of the vape got flavor it's good to smell than other not taking smoke but i realize that i don't take cigarette anymore thanks to vape much better to use than cigarette
