I agree with you. For me Bitcoin also helps the economy. They also give me extra income, I'm doing this on my extra time. Yes a lot of people are now getting in to Bitcoin by seeing the potential of it. Love the big difference in experience when using it as payment for my bills.

You can say that bitcoin community helpful for unemployed people since there are bounties everywhere, but i cant say that bitcoin really helpful for the economy since regulation and legalization still being a problem and that means bitcoin hasn't being used by enough people to measure an economy of a country. Bitcoin might gain attention from many countries nowadays but only since the price surge the past years, its been 9 years since bitcoin first published and the government only started to recognize and halted bitcoin transactions in recent months so i don't think the government see bitcoin as something that really helps the people.
its both employed and unemployed,i am working since i learn and entered this community,but i never tought of leaving my regular job though this crypto gives me more than i get from employment.but this is not the issue,economy gtting better because of the help caming from cryptocurrency and the opportunity that offers

I agree with your statement about the administrative cost, it's way cheaper and seamlessly without having to think about the complicated administrative processes on a traditional system. So for example, imagine if we can help feed the poor in some country where a humanity project held there, that traditional administrative cost can be reallocated to help them even more!
