There are a lot of negative news circulating about bitcoin, some social media sites banning crypto ads have also made things worse.

there were no bad news for bitcoin during last several weeks so it's unclear why the price is falling. may be someone selling big amount of bitcoins and the market is flooded with bitcoins?

declining bitcoin prices due to demand for an investor selling bitcoin and market conditions. bitcoin and other digital currencies are homogeneous meaning one bitcoin is identical to the other bitcoin
The reasons why the bitcoin price is dropping is because a lot of holders of bitcoin is selling there bitcoin immediately when the market is is high so when a lot of people will sell, that would result of dump of the value of bitcoin.

Let's see if it's a good sign, nothing will go on forever and nothing will go down today, it's going to be the next day, believe it, it will happen, love bitcoin

Now that is one good supporter. Do not look at the present, try to look at the future. Good one my friend.

I concluded I think the bitcoin price is going down a lot because there are some new players are frightened, with bad news or fake news that can create panic so they directly sell the bitcoin owned and make the price collapsed.

Weak hands as we call them. In every altcoin there are a lot of people that are like this. They want easy money but ending up in their worse decision of their entire life.

As of the posts. That Crypto Rand doing this kind of reason are all just FUD's. I do think they create this to at least boosts their own coin, even for just a slight chance they will take it.

The downswing in Bitcoin price is due to the recent threats and issues coming from the government and banks. If Bitcoin is to be developed, Bitcoin must be accepted at a reduced rate. The problem is time and patience. Its drop in price is similar to any financial asset. It goes up and comes down.

For me, the reason why bitcoin is dropping because bitcoin is belong to the business world that walk in all stages of business process. Bitcoin price was always affected by these kind of things. Once we pass this phase most probably people will come back and price will go back up to new all time highs.

This is because of the news from many media, that is unbalanced information, so the opinion that develops in society makes the level of public confidence in bitcoin decreases.

The world biggest and best-known cryptocurrency slumped below the symbolic $10,000 threshold yesterday (Wednesday February 1), but its value crashed further overnight to about $8,600.

Bitcoin has fallen by more than 56 percent since the turn of the year, after peaking at nearly $20,000 in December 2017.

CoinMarketCap price charts show that bitcoin has been falling for weeks, though this latest crash has been blamed on mounting confusion surrounding the Indian Government’s stance on cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is not doing very well for many days. Maybe the popularity of bitcoin is not that strong enough for bitcoin value continuously rise up rather than to drop down. Or may be there are people behind to this situation to have a big opportunity to buy and invest to bitcoin.

I think because yesterday was a holiday so bitcoin or market declined. Because people need money for the holidays. But now maybe bitcoin will rise again because the bitcoin users will definitely hold the bitcoin they have in a long time.

Just like the stock market bubbles are everywhere. The dot com bubble and the housing bubble that precipitated the Great Recession of 2008 were fueled those who promoted that those things were too good to pass up thus coining the phrase “irrational exuberance”. If you didn’t buy in you could lose out and nobody wants to be left out. At least with housing it was tangible and that market has finally come back. I think digital currency is a method to purchase goods and services that is viable long term, but in the short term it is over valued and over hyped.

on average, the correction that has occurred in recent years is due to news that worsens the image of BTC, the news is even just to get investors to get prices far below.
one solution to face this is dont go within the flow to sell BTC, because after all if we sell it, even those who will get a big profit

In the post seems like everything is wrong? Why do they airdrop even when you look at the price today now as if you were in the relationship of your GF / BF. And what about the BTC Logo to get the BTC down? Maybe more you need to read another article other than TRASH.

This is nonsense. By your logic Bitcoin wouldn't start to grow in 2017. We didn't have such a good news in 2017 and now we hadn't but it will grow you will see it. And logo is the best!

Reasons why #Bitcoin is droping:

- Not a single rebrand since 2009
- No "huge news" or "strategic partnerships"
- Not enough airdrops
- Not enough PhD graduates on the team
- Team not doing bounties...
- Logo is not cool
- Satoshi is not being communicative

This was tweeted by person named Crypto Rand, what do you think about his tweet . I think these reasons always exit but Bitcoin is still very expensive, I would like to know your thoughts on this

The price of the bitcoin depends on the supply and demand of the cryptocurrency market. The reason why the price of the bitcoin is going down is because of the low demand in the cryptocurrency market. Panic sellers can also contribute to the dump of the bitcoin.

Natural correlation plus issuing of futures plus current  negative background plus holders plus bulls. Way too many factors at one time. Should.change soon but not too fast

Your info was quite true, while they do not have new strategies to keep bitcoin up it really affects the prices since there are negative news about bitcoin that the new potential investors might think was true so instead of investing on bitcoin they would rather choose other alts now.

There are no new investments into cryptocurrencies. Volumes don't grow and it doesn't please.
New people and their money for the growth of a course are necessary. And it doesn't occur.
