^ That is why we should imbalance the promotion and the reputation as well because not all promotions will give us a true benefit when we win it most of the time casinos have an excuse if we hit the jackpot and they won't give the prize. They have so many excuses that we don't understand. I read the ToS it seems the term is not good, it is all in favor of the gambling casino which is possible they can do anything even though you have hit the jackpot they will easily accuse you that you abuse it, not like the reputable one.

Based on OP's update and the communication posted, they will honor the payout, we're not talking of a small amount we are dealing with a huge amount, if Rocketpot is a big casino and they want to run their casino long term they will pay and clear their name, if they pay, then Rocketpot can be considered a big casino because they honor a huge amount, small casinos cannot even pay hundreds of dollars of withdrawals.
From this Rocketpot should prove that they are still a casino worth playing, their being absent here is still questionable but I hope they come back here after they pay, we will welcome them here.

They confirmed with me today that the winnings were legit and I did in fact clear the bonus. Was told to request a 6k withdrawal as it’s within their weekly 10k/week limit and that a manager will be emailing me. Seems like they will be honoring the payout? So far still haven’t received the 6k or gotten an email from the manager. Will post further updates as this develops. As for posting on the scam section, due to this update I will be waiting another 24 hours if nothing is received by then I will be proceeding with posting this there in greater detail.

The only sign that they are going to honor the payout is when you receive the $6k and the email if you don't receive one within 48 hours then they are not up to what they promise.

Its always becomes a headache when users try to withdraw winnings that is associated with bonus. You said you are a VIP player, that means this is not your first time playing there, other promotions and bonuses would have been done in the past, did you participate in any of them? Have you won any slot with a bonus and you were denied?
This will likely end up unsolved, some dirty casino use privacy policy to evade payment to users when it's their time to withdraw.

According to what the post says, the declined to process even his initial withdrawalNow rocketpot has declined my withdrawal and telling me they won’t process it with no real explanation besides “dishonest behaviour”
This is an interesting case I will be following closely. I hope Rocketpot gives us a detailed explanation here. OP keep us updated as well.

your winning streak is something to say: "wow, few people can be so lucky". I think that condition is applicable if the bonus is still in effect. And OP had finished the wagering requirement and marked it as completed thus nothing can be canceled since the bonus is already finished. If they reclaim it they should only take the bonus given to the player which is $1500. And it does not say any winning amount from that bonus, does it?

If they refuse to pay you the money, then you could talk with their license provider and ask them to start an investigation because they should be sure the site is legit and not a scam to give them the license.

Maybe try waiting a little bit and see if they won't pay you that amount and if they didn't then you are free to start a scam accusation thread that they didn't pay your withdrawal request on their site that will also notify other gamblers that they should stay away from that site. Have you tried contacting their on their contact support and see if they will reply to your problem. Just get your proof ready and start a scam accusation right away if they didn't bother to solve this isdue.

The presented terms in this is out of place to me. What do they mean by canceling a promotion that have already be keyed into. From my understanding to that term, it applies to laying claims to the validity of a promotion as per running and not after it has been claimed, used in gambling and made wins of it. Rocketpot was having issues last year and didn't seem to worried about fixing the issues. Their forum rep hasn't been online since August of last year as well. OP you might look into AskGamblers and see if you can lodge a complaint there assuming you don't get a reply here. [ 9.5.
