UPDATE still nothing from rocketpot. Considering I was told by VIP manager “Sofia” yesterday it would be today the latest. I have now posted on the “scam” section of the forum please see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5404841.new#new

Their terms state all withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours. It’s been over that now since I requested the $6000 withdrawal as I was instructed to do. I was told yesterday by Sofia who’s their vip manager it would be today latest. I’ll be giving reasonable time, but also taking any action necessary asap. With all my proof and evidence and them even agreeing my winnings were legit(see previous update).  Black and white, it looks like rocketpot is further delaying to not pay out what is rightfully mine.

Based on that terms they already cannot keep up with what they are promising, their being absence is questionable although there are no complaints against Rocketpot as far as I know this one is big that it depends on what road they are going to take, will they choose to not pay you and just close or pay and build their reputation as a casino that can fulfill its promise even the amount is huge, it's their decision where they are heading.

The only problem for this case, the process time of the withdraw. Even @OP only can withdraw 20K$ every month, as long the withdraw is fast like most casino promotion while they told us "Any withdraw would be process" fast.

IMO, Rocketpot should make @OP account are qualified for fastest withdraw

I already had a total of 4K in withdrawals earlier in the week. So according to their terms what was left on the limit was $6000 total for the week. Their limits are max 10k/week and 20k/month. So assuming they do pay out I’ll be able to receive another 10k starting next week.
It's still an insane good amount of money 20k each month if they intended to pay it out but depends on how their business is, they might back off from this deal as I don't think they can pay all of it to begin with and is just trying to stall as much time to retain their reputation. Anyway let all of us know if they will honor the remaining 6k for this week
I don't want to speculate or give OP a bad scenario but what if this happens to another guy where he won let's say $50k and they only allow $10k maximum per week, the maximum weekly withdrawal will be divided and they will adjust his withdrawal and it will take longer than OP's calculation, although this scenario cold happens I still wish OP the best and he'll get his money and Rocketpot honor their commitment.

I don't think they are bankrupt, at least not with these withdrawal limits, but maybe I am wrong here!

It's an insane amount to receive $20k each month, but I think in this case it's not fair! A player won and he should be able to do whatever he wants with his money! As OP stated, waiting the next 8 months to complete the withdrawal is frustrating, but I guess it's how the casino keeps the player in the house, giving him the opportunity to return some amount!

I would definitely choose another place for gambling for the next 8 months! I had a few situations when I needed to wait for withdrawal for days, usually what happens is that in one moment I lose the entire bankroll! I can only imagine what would I do if I need to wait 8 months, more or less!

The ball is on them and you have huge money to recover, give them enough time, enough time that is reasonable before you go further like doing what you want to do, some complainants on other casinos take weeks or even months to recover what the casino owed them but still be ready on your complaint format, and all your proofs and evidence, creating a flag is highly recommended if they keep ignoring your communication.

this was expected to happen, if they can't allow withdrawals over 20,000$ without any problem then it means they are short of funds, they are almost or are bankrupt and in that case don't expect this situation to change on the contrary the next step will be for the casino to have many scam accusations all over the internet and finally the casino will close. i hope i'm wrong, time will tell

They confirmed with me today that the winnings were legit and I did in fact clear the bonus. Was told to request a 6k withdrawal as it’s within their weekly 10k/week limit and that a manager will be emailing me. Seems like they will be honoring the payout? So far still haven’t received the 6k or gotten an email from the manager. Will post further updates as this develops. As for posting on the scam section, due to this update I will be waiting another 24 hours if nothing is received by then I will be proceeding with posting this there in greater detail.

this is very strange, if they have a limit of 10,000$ per week then why can't you withdraw 9900$ and you have to withdraw 6000$? to make matters worse because they need a manager to contact you while the same support person who emailed you could have told you that your account has already been unlocked for withdrawals? What is the manager's role in all of this? honestly this is very strange. Will they really pay you? we'll see in the next few hours

If rocketpot can't afford to pay the whole amount what is owed to the player,
they can always make a payment arrangement. Just be fair and honest.
No excuses or finding loopholes just not to pay what is owed.
If they will do the right thing, they may even get the trust from the community.
Hence, more players and more income. So let's see where will this go...

Insane withdrawal rules, this indicate that they don't have enough money to cover up the huge winnings of their gamblers and its risky for whales to put a huge amount since anything could happen as they didn't pay the whole winning amount gotten by you. Hopefully you can get your money because this will be another unfortunate incident if rocketpot will not pay what you win on their casino.

Even if the wd does take 8-9 months, that's 8-9 months of really good money that you will be able to change your family's life with. It also keep you from being able to degen it in the casino or another all at once. Think of it as a blessing and congrats on the win and getting a response.

This is good news too that they will comply with this kind of matter because if they didn't make an action immediately and hold the account it will take a huge free of assets and make cause to their reputation, even though it really tooks a lot of weeks before getting all of the funds still at the end of the day you can get it.

Well I went to their terms and read regarding the [Promotions and Bonuses] it seems very risky condition, I think you must read it carefully and understand if you did not violate the rules, but as they have said there.

This is why it is important everytime to check and understand their TOS and this can be used against the claim of the players.

This is great news. Make sure not to lose it back. Many times these stall tactics are there hoping the player loses the money. If this is life changing money to you then you'll never forgive yourself if you lose most of it. The only reason that I say this is that unfortunately most people in your position do lose the money back.
