Just give them amount of time needed, 48 hours is the least you can wait for, put in to consideration of how long you've been waiting for initially. Because all everyone here believe that paying 16k+ out already is a show of good faith and you should optimistic of getting the full payment, but what I'm not quite sure about is why they needed to contact their license regulators, perhaps they're not allowed to pay such an huge amount at once, hence the need to contact the license regulators to see if an exemption can be made for your case.

What was the question you asked that resulted in Sofia mentioning the Compliance Manager? And what was is that Sofia was meaning when stating the words "you will be contacted directly once we have a final decision"?

If the big news you will be making within the next 48 hours is going to put Rocketpot in a negative shade or show them in a negative light then it might be better for them to contact you beforehand.

I still honestly believe Rocketpot is a one-man-band and maybe Sofia is just a pseudonym being used to create the illusion of a customer support team but if the Rocketpot owner really wants to pay you but is effectively insolvent but he is trying to use incoming funds to divert to your payments then he should be allowed time to do it. If that is what is happening then it cannot negate a red tag on the profile of their forum representative but maybe that is not what is happening.

Patience is the key here, they have made it clear they are awaiting confirmation from the game provider to state that you won without cheating. If I were you I would be very unhappy at the delays in them communicating effectively too but does their ToS (or Terms and Conditions) mention the time they require between a user winning and them ascertaining from the game provider that no cheating took place?

This is slightly incorrect, they’ve never stated they were waiting confirmation from the game provider. They did the game provider check weeks ago. My last update was I was told to wait for the “compliance” manager. You can recheck my updates in case you missed something

The situation has been going on for two weeks and the last thing they said is that they will contact you after making a final decision, and what did they decide and was there a promised payment?
It's a shame to lose money in a casino, but it's doubly insulting that there are difficulties with getting a win.

Well I went to their terms and read regarding the [Promotions and Bonuses] it seems very risky condition, I think you must read it carefully and understand if you did not violate the rules, but as they have said there.

While gambling companies are free to stipulate anything under their TOS, that kind of stipulation, however, may be attended with too much discretionary powers to them. They must at least have some basis in order to cancel, amend, or refuse any promotion. Though it is under their discretionary powers, they must act within without any grave abuse to keep their playerbase strong.

I hope OP you continue to update us regarding this issue as this truly baffles my mind.
I don`t think that they will use this paragraph in this situation. This will be the same as to steal gamblers money and after that they will be no trust to casino. If they want to use this paragraph they can steal all gamblers money and close. It uses mostly for cheaters that find something that helps them to cheat casino without punishment.
No one will believe them if they do this this time.  And once gamblers' money is stolen, gamblers will never gamble in that casino again.  All players will leave the casino.

It frustrates me how difficult it is to get your money back. I see only 2 positive moments. First - they started paying - it means they want to solve your issue. And secondly, the $20k monthly limit means you have plenty of time to get the full limit this month.

With this Eth pump the balance is now over 200k as the balance is in ethereum. Which is insane. Not sure if that will make any difference on payout amount or they’ll just honour the base amount of winnings

It is quite unfortunate you have to pass through this tough times just to get paid an amount you honestly won on an online casino, because with this now, it's a sign this casino can not be trusted anymore, because if they had cared about there reputation, am sure this issue should have been resolved before brought to the forum. So regarding this pump in the price of Ethereum which has increased your winnings from $170k to $200k, for me I will advise you should just stick to the actual amount you won which is $170k, and let the matter die up if they have agreed to pay

Well here is the picture that you linked. Again, I would allow Rocketpot some time on top their own set deadlines simply because they have already released some money and are you constantly chasing them for updates and answers might have a negative impact in your dealings with them.

Even if they go a day or two over their own deadline allow them time, try not to alienate them.

Give it some more time and hopefully you receive the 10k soon and also the rest of your money. Based on your screenshots that you provide, they said that they will honour the full payment, but with their withdrawal restrictions, it might take a while before you receive everything. So hopefully Rocketpot continues to pay, but it is not good marketing at all how they have handled this issue.

I understand your frustration but perhaps it is good to wait for one more week or so, before being more aggressive and restarting the scam thread again. I am saying this on the basis that they have already paid you some amount and hopefully they can pay the rest of the money too. Starting scam accusations against them may force them to change their mind and not pay at all.
If you do not see any progress in 7-10 days, you can proceed with your intentions.

Meanwhile, any new person reading this, avoid playing at Rocketpot.io and wait if they manage to pay all to the OP.


they may be delaying the payment as it is good amount of money and it can drain their bankroll if they don't have much. yes, try to wait for about a week. you can also request a monthly payment arrangement if they can't afford and try to be understandable with the situation. at least the OP will get his winnings if he will make an arrangement to rocketpot. as they already acknowledged that he did get his winnings in legit way, high likely that they will pay for it. i would say, don't give them any reason for them to freeze your account.

is any withdrawing how to deal with the time Factor as you mentioned CET time zone I think that anything you mean whether gambling casino or normal soccer car game you can withdraw or make a withdrawal anytime any hour you feel like withdrawing your money you win but this explanation of CET time zone it's not really encouraging and the understanding for now I think we need more explanation or of statement

^its already been 7-10 days. Ive been fair to the casino once they started paying. I locked my scam accusation thread and even changed the title of my thread. Now today just met with further delays and no answers. Finance manager then vip manager then licence holder then compliance manager… it’s a little ridiculous. I won’t be changing my thread title now until I’m paid in full. I’ll hold off on scam accusation thread for now as there’s still time to receive todays payment. After todays payment due to their terms I won’t be able to withdraw anymore till next month anyways. So in fairness that gives rocketpot plenty of time

I’ve been told I’ll be emailed an update for the past 2 weeks now and I haven’t received one email. I’ve had to constantly go in live support to get answers and I’m unable to get direct answers. It’s been over a week now, first it’s the finance manager, then it’s license holder and now I’m being told the compliance manager. Just seems like rocketpot is trying to further delay. Changed title thread back to “refusing” and will be reopening scam thread if I don’t get my 10k payment or hear back by the end of the day

Your situation doesn't tend to improve from what I see, this withdrawal limit and the little dialogue they have with you only worsens your whole situation. you have to unlock your scam thread accusation, they still need 170k for you they paid and honestly at this rate and in these conditions of little dialogue and they don't want to make an exception for you to pay all the money at once so it's better that you keep the thread and accusation scam and keep posting updates there on the thread too, i say that because new people can google about this casino and will find your scam accusation thread and may think it's all resolved when in fact it's still a long time to receive all 170K
