If you still believe in the ICO market and can find real projects, then you can still invest in ICO! But all of this should be based on the fact that you can accurately judge the authenticity of the project!
I do recommend to invest on solid ico projects.. So be careful, that's my advice! Check icos with a demo platforms or ecosystem. And ask yourself how useful this project is? Is it practical for our life and mush needed for the every day life?
Check the team behind the ICO. How does it look? I mean, do you feel comfortable about the team?!

Keep away from ICO investing for now there is a huge chances that you are going to lose all you money on that. I've been experienced this kind of lost after investing on such a good ICO for me but then when it first introduced to the market it dumps and decrease its price drastically for about 1 or 1 satoshi, the token was shut down by dumpers. This is because of down and bearish market situation these past few months and investing on ICO's are not really recommendable. I am wondering if buying some decent ICOs will be wise at this point.

Should not, because now ICO is very risky, ICO does not guarantee investors, when they get the money they will no longer focus on the business to their pennies rise in price. So do not invest in ICO now.
If you got the money to risk investing in ICOs in this current market situation then go invest on them.

yeah, you should It is not too difficult to find a few good ICOs to invest in. There are several websites along with reviews so you can refer and make your decision.
In my opinion, in these days we should all watch the market and decide what to do according to graphics and developments in crypto world. It is not reasonable to buy ICOS.

I think you should stay away from ICOs, since the market has not started recovering yet. One of the major reason why most ICO failed this year is because of the bear-market. It is wise to start investing in ICOs again if the market had begun recovering, or showing bullish market movements. Wait next year, maybe once Bakkt starts, the market will somehow recover.
We can not predict what it will happen with ICOs but I think it is worth giving it a try. Invest the amount of money you can afford to loose just in case it happens.
Just wait for the market to consolidate and start a new wave of bull run and then you can start investing in the ICO with good project but the conditions are not favorable now for invest in ICO.
I agree with you, now it is better to look from the outside and wait for steady growth and only then enter the projects. Simply, we can still fall, so there is a risk of entering the position from current levels. 
For now it might be the right time to re-invest in the ICO, apart from being relatively cheaper, almost all Altcoin are currently experiencing price declines, with us participating in the ICO now we can take advantage of opportunities if someday all prices will improve again, and of course the price of our altcoin assets will certainly increase

I advise you to stay away from ICo's this period. Investing in icos now is just like throwing away your money. Most ICo's I invested in, the price became way lower after getting listed on an exchange than the ICO price so there's no point, just keep your money and buy it cheaper on the exchange it will be listed on. Actually, it depends on you. Whatever at this time the crypto market is not good. And there are have lots of ICOs and a day by day new ICOs are coming. Actually, we can gain massive profits through the ICOs. But the problem is at this time it will be a worthy thing or be the wrong thing? These are the main questions to all in here. My opinion is, yes we should Start to buy ICOs.

if you really still believe in ico it is the right choice. but for those who have surrendered with the ICO, they will not want to invest again there, even though the bull run market.
don't seem like a bullish move yet, don't rush to conclusions

Hello might suggest to hold your funds as of the moment. The dip is not yet finished wait until next year until you ve made purchased of any decent ICO since the market is not good. You will only lose some fund as ICO tend to go down below its price.
