In my opinion, now you should not invest money in ICO, because they rarely achieve their goals, and even less often return the funds!

I think if your assets are not negative and now you want to buy ico it's not too bad to invest

We still can not talk about a bull market. We are still in the bear market, and the bear has also made bear puppies. It does not seem a good idea to invest now in ICO projects, unless you invest a small amount. ICO projects are even more risky during this time than usual. Another disadvantage is that there are many SCAM projects, so it's hard to choose a good ICO project. A small amount is worth throwing on an ICO project, because you can have luck and you will multiply the investment.
Don't rush bull run, there wasn't even a sign for sure. a lot of this time indeed some ICO may deserve to be followed for investment. still doing the analysis used to be better about it because still there is always a scam. Don't be in a hurry and better look at just what's in the market today.
I don't see this new wave of ICOs, maybe I'm wrong, but I am seeing a lot of private token sales going on, as has been the case for most of this year. Also, seeing a lot of 2017 ICOs just waiting in the sidelines for prices to improve before ICO or resuming token sales that were postponed earlier. Many started in 2016 or early 2017 so they have been like a year now trying to raise support for the ICO, thinking the market would improve. Can't see people investing their Eth or BTC at such low prices though.
Lots of ICOs have postponed and delay the target dates as the market isnt on their favored. Especially on investors side, so much clearer that no new waves of ico will come at some point.
There seems to be a new wave of ICOs coming up again. The crypto market also appears to be getting ready for a bull run.
I am wondering if buying some decent ICOs will be wise at this point.

Dont just do it because you are looking at a new trend of pumps.
Do it because you trust the ICO that you are investing unto.
Two of my tokens seems to be not affected by all this dump that is happening and I think I did a good job investing on it after doing a lot of research.
Better look at a fresh feature. Not just like copies of other ICO that are already out. It wont take long even if it goes successful at start.

Hello might suggest to hold your funds as of the moment. The dip is not yet finished wait until next year until youve made purchased of any decent ICO since the market is not good. You will only lose some fund as ICO tend to go down below its price.

Buying into ICO now maybe a bit risky but if you can make the right choice and ready to stick to it.Please make sure you buy into ICO with solid team and trustworthy partners.
I think so. Maybe he try to lead everyone to his story by some "cool" words. It can be said that ICOs are launched everyday. And there is no wave here, it is as a flow of water.I am not used to cool words. I was only of the opinion that ICOs in the 3rd quarter where fewer than of recent.
That and the fact that the cost of ETH presently is so tempting to make one invest in ICOs my choice of words.
In the fact, almost ICOs have been extended due to the bear market. And there are less "new" ICOs because of that too. But are you sure that the number of ICO drops in recent days? I do not think so. If there is a new wave of ICOs, then probably the addition of the scam ICOs. Because no signal shows that market recovers soon. They don't want to run an ICO and extend it again and again, this will create the FUD for investors. I think this is not a wise decision.
Now is the right time to buy, since all the Altcoins are in a big drawdown and I think it’s from the price they will start to rise in price.
You can always buy when ever you think it's right for you to buy in. If you come across a good project, buy into it

I would personally suggest not to buy into ICOs just now let this market pick up the pace because the current trend is that Icos are dumped or in most cases, the Icos comes out to the exchanges below the price of Ico.
So if you see some potential Ico then wait for it to hit the exchange and you can get the same at the much lower price.
I believe that at the moment you need to very seriously approach the choice of ico to participate. Since the market is now looking for the bottom, many ico simply will not be able to collect even Soft Cap. In this case, it is better to wait for those ico who already have good fees and that is to consider them for participation. At the moment, not the best time to invest in ico, but as soon as the market goes up, then there will be more good offers and more likely to earn.
i personally would wait for next year and that the market will return to a bull 's phase before starting to invest again in the icos

it all depends on the research you are doing, if you believe that ico will provide many benefits at this time, then join immediately ... but in my opinion now it is best to buy altcoins that have just posted their coins on market ... because they will definitely have value cheap, even under price of ico
