Yes, today people understand this in a very strange way, because today the ICO has become very profitable for the scammers, who today for some reason try to deceive people. I hope that justice is still in the world, so everything will work out, you need to try.
Regulating the ICOs are not possible but there are some guidelines issued by SEC to approve ICOs but still no ICOs were following that regulations.
It should be regulated but not sure about how it can be done because this is decentralized market,any one can create their tokens and start selling it.

Well yeah i don't think it's a quiestion whether it should or not since icos are very prone to scams and fraud. Although people should already be wary if they're to invest or not, with the number of scams in the past, governments should find a way to efficiently implement their regulations on icos.
I think it would be a good idea to have some level of regulation in the ICOs that are spreading throughout the cryptosphere. I know this would regulate the number of scam projects in the cryptosphere and would also save investors their money and bounty hunters from wasting their precious time on useless project.
Initial coin offerings as a idea was a created to run a sale without any license or regulations. Why want you now to change it?

I strongly say yes to ICO regulations. The reports are such that the market is filled with fake ICOs cheating investors and bounty hunters. In this context, it is high time that regulations should be in place to control such frauds. In many cases, I myself is the victim of such fraud. Regulating ICOs also sends out a good message around the world that cryptocurrency is on the right track.
Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.
I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
Yes it should be to protect ivestors money from scammer who just keep making an ICO with out a clearer project anf later would vanish. Actually lot of ICO now a days are failing and this keep investor less interested to participaye in ICO since it is now more risky and less profitable. I stand to support the regulations of ico. They have caused much harm to the industry than good through many risen scam projects scaring away investors and making the industry loose it's Trust

With the high rate of increasing scam that many has pulled up with the intention to scam people through the initial Coin offering has become too alarming and I vote for this ico to be regulated else they will kill the industry
ICO and STO should be regulated, after that, investors will bring a lot of money in projects and in all cryptocurrency system.
That's for sure, investors are more confident if they will know the team will face the consequences if they will scam investors. ICO is already big now despite not being regulated but just recently not able to gain more investors, but we are still talking here of projects that has raised millions of money, hence this needs for an action by the government and it's timely now.

Well YES! Every transaction with involves money should be well regulated, and I am not saying we should need to centralized the crypto, we just need ICOS to be regulated as you said.
They come here to make money not to loss, that's the essence of investing so order to minimize the risk of investing, a properly regulation should be put in place. I don't know when it will be put in place but I believe we badly need it now.

if there is no more ico next year, i think it will give positive impact to existing coins.much money from investors moved to existing coins, and ofcourse its price will rise.market healt become more balance.
I think projects that offer ICO's should be regulated. They are asking for funding before the coin even hits the market.
