I often look into this topic, many agree that regulation is extremely necessary , but so far I have not seen proposals on how to implement it and I do not even imagine myself, this is the problem, how to implement it all?
it is very difficult indeed to solve this, namely the rules on ICO and how to implement it directly in the real world, because what Crypto knows is without third person and if there will be a regulation, there will certainly be a third person involved in the ICO, I feel like that.
Those measures that can be taken are insufficient at the moment, and those that are needed are simply impossible to implement, therefore so far everything will remain as it is

I think that today it makes sense to talk about it, because a huge part of the projects still have very strange features like scam projects. I guess we really can not do without a tool that would control the sector.

Of course, I know that many people do not want to hear about regulations, but this free market is more and more dangerous for investors, more and more scams are created to get quick money. Is that right?
I think it is right. There are some scams about but I think most ICOs are actual, real projects trying to do something for the community. It is a shame that a few scammers give the industry a bad name.

I think that the regulation of ICO will greatly facilitate life, but unfortunately I understand that the law on the regulation of ICO if it appears, then most likely in 2020.

You will surely understand once they begin regulating ICO.
They will sent out specific rules and guidelines for us to follow and that will be the time that investors will be protected
and ICO scammers will go to jail, if this will happen, it will minimize the scam and ICO will definitely grow.

This industry is currently dying. It seems to me that government bodies have lost interest in ICO. This means that regulating ICO is meaningless.

In fact, the regulation of this direction in the crypto-currency sphere is already happening. I am sure that the regulation will be strengthened.

While i share the same sentiment with you that ICOs should be regulated, i will also appreciate if more effort is put in creating more project platforms like ICO Bench with more sincerity and honesty and a guarantee in times of failure to compensate investors and bounty hunters.

I think that it is definitely worth it, since a large number of fraudulent ICOS is one of the most acute problems of the cryptocurrency market. I hope that the ICO regulation will come as soon as possible.

Regulating ICO in itself is a good idea because it will go a long way in protecting investor's fund from loss, but at the same , regulating  cryptocurrencies will go against  the essence its of its creation , which was designed to be Decentralized and void of control by a central body.

FOR ME YES!

The CEO and its team must have the permit to operate from the country they are based at!
The project must be offered first and explained on their country's SEC.
People who are at this project must have their identification and liabilities if there will be any bad happen to the ICO investors.
Like if they will scam people and run for the money. there is so many scammed project before! regulation is a must!

YEAR 2018 was full of SCAMMERS especially in ICO.
More than 50 percent of offered ICO projects were scam.
This one must be regulated for the safety of the people in investing on their so called ICO.
This regulation will put back the bloom in investment!

Everything should be regulated, ico, bounties, everything should be watched by authorities until crypto loses its original purpose, to give people some freedom. You guys are amazing.

The creation of a bounty hunter Union would be a good option for partially regulating and paying for bounty campaigns. Also, the Union can carry out analysis and audit of the project that plans to conduct a bounty campaign.
if it's really running it might be very helpful for the quality of the ico itself. the fewer scams, or all the best for investors. but unfortunately are such regulations possible?
I do not see a problem in creating such an organization, I am ready to deduct 2-5% of my earnings in bounty campaigns (depending on the functions that the Union will take over)
That will be useless because when you are participating in the ico and you have agreed with all of agreements and terms that created by them. They have a key to the funds. They can to everything what they want.
Bounty union is another crap idea.
No one prohibits the use of escrow accounts and specify the necessary conditions in smart contracts. In addition, if the Union strictly adheres to its goals, it will very soon become a significant player in the information field of the crypto industry and many organizations will consider its opinion.

P.S.
Always keep me informed of your opinion on my ideas, it is very important to me. Wink

It is long over due and should be done immediately. Proliferation of cryptocurecncy projects solving the same problem and multiple fraud cases has made cryptocurency distasteful and thus should be regulated to salvage its image

Crypto space is packed with money so obviously ICOs should be regulated to avoid scam and any other kind of cheating and manipulation. Big players will never come here without proper regulations.
who has the right to regulate the ICO and how to set it right now there is no definite answer about it, but I hope that if that really happens then don't let it burden investors because if the ICO is regulated but investors are less free then it is useless.
