Yes of course, there incidences of ico projects scamming unsuspecting investors and exiting scam is on the rise these days.

So the logical solution would be for the ico projects to have a kund if regulatory authority.
That way these incidences would reduce drastically.

I think ico should be supervised. And this market is still very imperfect.Because there are a lot of scams on the market.Investors can't find them and lose a lot of money.

The regulator may aggravate the situation with those ICOs who really promote an interesting product!

Of course, yes, each ICO should be checked by governments or by some organization that will officially work and will report to the government, because there are always fraudsters who create companies to collect money and then disappear abruptly with investor money.

If the ICO market survives, then I think that it should be regulated necessarily. Otherwise, we will have a huge number of fraudsters in this area, which has a very negative effect on the institution of ICO.

I agree if it is formed as a body overseeing the ICO. So they checked the new ICO or ICO that was still running. So if the body is formed it will help investors and bounty hunters in determining ICO. And scam projects will disappear.

I think regulation is needed for ICOs as they guarantee investors that the team will not disappear with their money. There is much more trust for the projects which are regulated by government.

I support the regulations of icos because of many projects who has come out to scam investors. The best way to stop them is by regulation and so to answer your question,  they should be regulated

I strongly stand by the regulation of initial coin offerings.
This is because it is too easy to scam investors through initial, coin offerings and this has become a reoccurring crime.
Doing ICO a lot of project teams have taken different means to fool investors into parting with their money and make their projects seem to be the next best project on the blockchain but with more regulation in which all the aspects of initial coin offering is carefully scrutinized before the fund-raising I believe it will drastically reduce the scams in this process.

Regulation is a complex term though. The community could find ways to regulate it themselves through the application of game theoretical solutions. It is not only about regulators as we know them.

We need to set higher standards when it comes to giving our money away. That's for sure.
We cannot do that, we have the idea but the implementation of the regulation has to be coming from the government.
The thing is we are supposed to be independent and that is the essence of being decentralized, but our government won't allow us to operate, they
need to interrupt us to get a share of what we are making, they are greedy and that is what they are by nature.

It is difficult to imagine that this sphere will have a future without regulation, how else to eradicate such a large number of scams, they are too much stuck to the pockets of investors

Of course the ICO needs to be regulated this year, because it will downplay the fraudulent growth that often happens in a messy ICO, and when ICO has been given a regulation, I think it can increase security for Investos who will invest.

I think is just a matter of timing before they regulate the ico problem is where is the regulations going to come from Are we to expect that from various countries or just some general regulation from a body The way i see it is better to have one general regulator than different rules from various countries that can hurt some project thriving in some regions

Regulation for whole crypto market is a bad solution to my mind. In case of regulation we will stop gaining money.
You know, lack of regulation is something what I appreciate in crypto
That is not the reason why regulation is going to be bad for this market, it seems that everyone is thinking only on their own benefit and nothing more, regulations will be bad for this market because that is what this market is trying to avoid, bitcoin was created as a way to move your money without the need to ask for permission to any government or bank.

Many ICOs are being regulated and many ICO already has taken regulation! For an example, Gigzi looks a very good project but they weren't able to raise much money, so they went for the regulation and now Gigzi is an STO project! They have a strong chance to be a successful project because of the regulation. So, ICOs should be regulated to make projects success!
Regulations is not only necessary for a successful project but for the safety of the investors, with the introduction of ETH platform many scams started springing out and billions of dollars have being scammed through this way and if there was a regulation these sort of things might not happen, check out the projects which collected huge amounts of money, what are their situation now, many have shut down and there is a pattern for some time that they come up with the project raise a huge amount and then there will be no progress, these situations have to be changed and for that we need strict regulation in this market when it comes to ICO.

Not at all. Regulation isn't for crypto industry, so ICO as a part of crypto industry shouldn;t be regulated as far as I see, it will lead to decrease of crypto incomes!

I think ICO should be able to be regulated, because it will provide comfort and security for investors in purchasing ICO, because really at this time the ICO is more towards fraud, so Investors are reluctant to contribute to ICO purchases at this time.
